Abstract

A multiple user advertisement account system includes an advertisement account database for storing information related to the account. The system is configured to grant multiple users access to the account and allow the users to view or update the information stored in the account database. The system tracks the updates to the information and generates a display of an activity log that contains entries related to the updates received.

13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein inviting the plurality of users to the account includes sending electronic invitations to the plurality of users.

14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein granting access to the account further includes comparing an email address for each of the plurality of users to a set of email addresses used to send the electronic invitations to the plurality of users.

15 . The method of claim 12 , wherein storing the information related to actions taken by the plurality of users includes storing a time, a date, a user name, and a description for each of the actions taken by the plurality of users.
