Bungalow capable of being easily installed and disassembled

Abstract

The present invention relates to a bungalow, particularly, a large-sized bungalow which is capable of being easily installed and disassembled, has no gaps between each component of the bungalow when assembled, is firmly fixed so as to prevent movement after installation, and is not damaged or does not collapse due to external impact or heavy rain or snow.

1 . A large-sized bungalow capable of being easily installed and disassembled, comprising:
 a canopy  100  which includes:
 a ridge pole outer member  102  which supports, at top, a ridge  101  and along which a center slide engaging unit  104  slides; 
 a ridge pole inner member  103  which has on its lower side a center lower engaging unit  105  and is inserted in the inside of the lower side of the ridge pole outer member  102  and slides in and out of the ridge pole outer member  102 ; 
 legs  123  which have corner engaging units  118  at tops and corner slide engaging units  119  which slide along the legs  123 , thus forming 4 corners of the canopy  100 ; 
 a first rib outer member  106  an end of one side of which is hinged at the ridge  101  and in which the support member engaging unit  111  inserts and slides; 
 a first rib inner member  107  which inserts in the inside of an end of the other side of the first rib outer member  106  and slides in and out, wherein an end of the first rib inner member  107  is hinged at a joint  112 ; 
 a second rib member  108  an end of one side of which is hinged at the joint  112 , and an end of the other side of which is hinged at the corner engaging unit  118 , wherein an engaging member engaging unit  115  inserts and slides; 
 a reinforcing member  117  one side of which is hinged at a reinforcing member engaging unit  115  and the other side of which is hinged at the corner slide engaging unit  119 , thus supporting the rib member  109 ; and 
 an X-link  120  wherein both ends of the X-link  120  connected in series through the 2-branched engaging unit  121  are hinged at the corner engaging unit  118  and the corner slide engaging unit  119 , thus forming the sides of the canopy; 
   a support member  203  to the top and bottom of which a corner engaging unit  204  is engaged, respectively, and the legs  123  of the canopy  100  are inserted, thus forming 4 corners of the raised floor  200 ;   an X-link  202  wherein both ends of the X-link  202  connected in series through the 3-branched engaging unit  205  are hinged at the corner engaging unit  204  of the top and bottom of each support member  203 , thus forming the sides of the raised floor  200 ;   a raised floor  200  which each end of the X-link  202  formed in a grid shape as the 4-branched link engaging unit  206  and the X-link  202  are repeatedly and continuously connected is hinged at the 3-branched link engaging unit  205 ; and   an upper layer  201  which is placed on the top of the raised floor  200 .   
     
     
         2 . The large-sized bungalow of  claim 1  capable of being easily installed and disassembled  1 , wherein a protrusion type stopper  116  is formed at the reinforcing unit  117 .

The large-sized bungalow capable of being easily installed and disassembled of  claim 1 , wherein a slide groove  113  is formed on both side of the joint  112 , and to the joint  112 , the cover  114  is engaged, wherein the cover  114  has a cross section shaped like  , and a protrusion which is formed on an inner side of the bottom and is inserted in the slide groove  113  of the joint  112 .

The large-sized bungalow capable of being easily installed and disassembled of  claim 1 , wherein the ends of the first rib inner member  107  and the second rib member  108  both hinged at the joint  112  are formed in a semicircular shape, and an outer surface of a semicircular end contacts with the inner surface of the joint  112 , and an end of the reinforcing member  117  hinged at the reinforcing member engaging unit  115  is formed in a semicircular shape, and an outer surface of the end of the semicircular reinforcing member  117  contacts with the inner surface of the reinforcing member engaging unit  115 .

The large-sized bungalow capable of being easily installed and disassembled capable of being easily installed and disassembled of  claim 1 , wherein a hook  130  is formed at the center slide engaging unit  104 , so the ridge pole inner member  103  is fixed at the ridge pole outer member  102 . 
     
     
         6 . The large-sized bungalow capable of being easily installed and disassembled of  claim 1 , wherein a hook  130  is formed at the corner slide engaging unit  119  and fixes the corner slide engaging unit  118  at the leg  123  in a state where the canopy  100  is unfolded.

The large-sized bungalow capable of being easily installed and disassembled of  claim 6 , wherein the hook  130  is configured in such a way that a protrusion  132  protrudes into the inside of the engaging unit  126 , and the protrusion  132  protruding into the inside of the body  133  of the hook  130  is elastically supported by a spring disposed inside of the body  133 , and engaged with the handle when the handle  131  is pulled, the protrusion  132  is inserted in the inside of the hook body  133 , and when the handle  131  is released, the protrusion  132  protrudes into the inside of the insertion member  126  by means of elastic force of the spring.

The large-sized bungalow capable of being easily installed and disassembled of  claim 1 , wherein a 3-branched link engaging unit  122  is engaged to an intermediate portion of the X-link  120  forming 4 sides of the canopy  100 , and an end of one side of the X-link  120  connected in series through the 2-branched link engaging unit  121  is hinged at the 3-branched link engaging unit  122 , and an end of the other side of the X-link  120  is hinged at the center slide engaging unit  104  and the center lower engaging unit  105 . 
     
     
         9 . The large-sized bungalow capable of being easily installed and disassembled of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a support member  110  one side of which is hinged at the support member engaging unit  111 , and the other side of which is hinged at the center lower engaging unit  105 , thus supporting the rib member  109 .   
     
     
         10 . The large-sized bungalow capable of being easily installed and disassembled of  claim 1 , wherein a hook  130  is formed at a lower side of the leg  123 , and an extending leg  124  is inserted into the inner side of the bottom of the leg  123 .

The large-sized bungalow capable of being easily installed and disassembled of  claim 5 , wherein the hook  130  is configured in such a way that a protrusion  132  protrudes into the inside of the engaging unit  126 , and the protrusion  132  protruding into the inside of the body  133  of the hook  130  is elastically supported by a spring disposed inside of the body  133 , and engaged with the handle when the handle  131  is pulled, the protrusion  132  is inserted in the inside of the hook body  133 , and when the handle  131  is released, the protrusion  132  protrudes into the inside of the insertion member  126  by means of elastic force of the spring.
