Carriage body for a rail vehicle

Abstract

A carriage or vehicle body for a rail vehicle includes a side wall in which uniform window cutouts for the insertion of windowpanes are provided along the carriage body. A toilet compartment adjoins one longitudinal portion of the side wall. At least one of the window cutouts is provided in the longitudinal portion of the side wall and a sheet metal panel which is inserted into the cutout has an exhaust air opening for the toilet compartment.

         3 . A carriage body for a rail vehicle, the carriage body comprising:
 a side wall having a longitudinal portion;   said side wall having uniform window cutouts formed therein along the carriage body for receiving windowpanes, at least one of said window cutouts being formed in said longitudinal portion;   a toilet compartment adjoining said longitudinal portion; and   a sheet metal panel inserted into said at least one window cutout formed in said longitudinal portion, said sheet metal panel having an exhaust air opening formed therein for said toilet compartment.   
     
     
         4 . The carriage body according to  claim 3 , wherein said longitudinal portion of said side wall has another window opening formed therein, and another sheet metal panel is inserted into and completely closes said other window opening.
