Abstract

A fan rotor includes a rotating shaft, a metal body, at least one rotor magnet and a vane wheel. The metal body has at least one top surface, at least one cylindrical portion and at least one connecting portion. The top surface is disposed at an end of the cylindrical portion, and the rotating shaft is disposed in the cylindrical portion an connected to the top surface of the rotating shaft, and an opening, connecting portion is formed at the other end of the cylindrical portion and extended from an outer wall of the opening in a direction away from the rotating shaft. The rotor magnet is disposed around an inner wall surface of the cylindrical portion. The vane wheel is detachably connected to the metal body through the connecting portion.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A fan rotor, comprising:
a rotating shaft; a metal body, having at least one top surface, at least one cylindrical portion and at least one connecting portion, wherein the top surface is disposed at an end of the cylindrical portion, and the rotating shaft is disposed in the cylindrical portion and connected to the top surface of the rotating shaft, and an opening, connecting portion is formed at the other end of the cylindrical portion and extended radially from an outer wall of the opening towards a direction away from the rotating shaft; at least one rotor magnet, installed around an inner wall surface of the cylindrical portion; and a vane wheel, detachably connected to the metal body through the connecting portion.

2 . The fan rotor as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the vane wheel includes a plurality of vane units and at least one connecting structure, and the vane units are connected to the connecting structure, and the connecting structure is installable to or detachable from the connecting portion.

3 . The fan rotor as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the connecting structure has a plurality of blade carrying portions formed on an outer side of the blade carrying portions, and the vane units are combined with the blade carrying portions respectively.

4 . The fan rotor as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the vane units are axial flow type blades, plate type blades, or centrifugal blades.

5 . The fan rotor as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the connecting structure has a plurality of connecting pillars disposed on an outer side of the connecting structure, and the connecting structure and the connecting portion are installable to each other through the connecting pillars and detachable from the connecting pillars.

6 . The fan rotor as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the blade carrying portions are configured to be corresponsive to the connecting pillars respectively, and an angle not equal to 0 degree or 180 degrees is included between the blade carrying portions and the respective connecting pillars.

7 . The fan rotor as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the connecting structure has a plurality of connecting pillars disposed on an outer side of the connecting structure, and the connecting structure and the connecting portion are installable to each other through the connecting pillars and detachable from the connecting pillars.

8 . The fan rotor as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the blade carrying portions are configured to be corresponsive to the connecting pillars respectively, and an angle not equal to 0 degree or 180 degrees is included between the blade carrying portions and the respective connecting pillars.

9 . The fan rotor as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the connecting structure has at least a portion disposed outside the cylindrical portion.

10 . The fan rotor as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the vane units are disposed outside the cylindrical portion or at a position higher than the top surface.
