Abstract

A device for offering at least one of a plurality of cigarettes contained in a package includes an inner liner that is designed to cover at least a part of the plurality of cigarettes. The inner liner comprises a pull for moving at least one cigarette of the plurality of cigarettes into an offering position. The pull is designed to be actuated by a removal of the inner liner. The invention further relates to a package including a plurality of cigarettes.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A device for offering at least one of a plurality of cigarettes contained in a package, comprising:
an inner liner designed to cover at least a part of the plurality of cigarettes, the inner liner comprises a pull to move at least one cigarette of the plurality of cigarettes into an offering position, and wherein the pull is designed to be actuated by a removal of the inner liner.

2 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the pull comprises an interactor designed to move the at least one cigarette into the offering position.

         3 . The device according to claim 1 ,
wherein the pull comprises a pull strip designed to pull the at least one cigarette into the offering position.

4 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the pull comprises a pull strip which comprises a material selected from cardboard, plastic, metal, aluminium and/or paper.

         5 . The device according to claim 1 ,
wherein the pull is attached to the inner liner.

6 . The device according to claims wherein the pull is attached to a removal portion of the inner liner.

         7 . The device according to claim 5 ,
wherein the pull is attached to the inner liner with an adhesive.

         8 . The device according to claim 1 ,
wherein the pull is integral with the inner liner.

         9 . The device according to claim 1 ,
wherein the pull comprises a first portion extending from the inner liner substantially parallel to a longitudinal extension of the cigarette, and a second portion extending at least partially across a rod end side of the Cigarette.

10 . The device according to claim 9 , wherein the pull comprises a pull strip, and wherein, in a packed position of the cigarette, the pull strip is substantially L-shaped.

         11 . The device according to claim 1 ,
wherein the inner liner comprises a first portion comprising the pull, and a second portion enclosing a further part of the plurality of cigarettes, wherein the first portion is separable from the second portion by a perforation.

         12 . The device according to claim 8 ,
wherein the pull, which is integral with the first portion of the inner liner, is attached to the second portion by a perforation.

13 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein a cross-sectional dimension of the pull is less than or substantially equal to a cross-sectional dimension of the cigarette.

         14 . The device according to claim 1 ,
wherein the pull interacts with the cigarette by a frictional contact area provided at a surface of the pull facing the cigarette, wherein the frictional contact area is formed by a surface material selected from the group of velvet, Yupo Tako, soft touch varnish or lacquer and/or floc-coating.

         15 . The device according to claim 14 ,
wherein the pull comprises a further surface facing away from the cigarette that provides a coefficient of friction substantially lower than a coefficient of friction of the frictional contact area.

16 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the pull comprises at least one side wall for stabilization.
