Structure Of Conveyor Driving Fabric Dyeing Machine
Abstract
The present invention provides an improved structure of a conveyor driving fabric dyeing machine. A liquid storage tank is provided in the interior of the machine body, at a rear end or a front end thereof, to be concealed inside the machine body or exposed outside the machine body in order to receive dye liquid falling back from a rear end of a dyeing tube to thereby greatly reduce the amount of the dye liquid used. Further, a heat exchanger or a filter may be additionally and individually arranged inside the liquid storage tank, or alternatively, a heat exchanger and a filter are simultaneously arranged in the liquid storage tank to proceed with heat exchange with the dye liquid thereby simplifying the structure of the dyeing machine.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . An improved structure of a conveyor driving fabric dyeing machine, a machine body comprising a conveyor device arranged therein, the machine body having a rear end having a bottom forming a liquid storage tank, the liquid storage tank having a bottom connected via a pump to a jet nozzle, the pump drawing and driving dye liquid from the interior of the liquid storage tank to the jet nozzle and a dyeing tube to carry out dyeing of a fabric, the dye liquid discharging from the jet nozzle and a rear end of the dyeing tube being allowed to directly fall back into the liquid storage tank, characterized in that:
an inside bottom surface of the machine body is provided, at a location close to a rear end thereof, with a baffle plate that extends upwards to a predetermined height, whereby the baffle plate delimits a liquid storage tank in the interior of the rear end of the machine body.
2 . The improved structure of the conveyor driving fabric dyeing machine as claimed in claim 1 , characterized in that the liquid storage tank comprises a heat exchanger and/or a filter arranged therein.
3 . An improved structure of a conveyor driving fabric dyeing machine, a machine body comprising a conveyor device arranged therein, the machine body being arranged horizontal or in the form of an up-inclined configuration that has a front end that is higher and a rear that is lower, the rear end of the machine body having a bottom forming a liquid storage tank, the liquid storage tank having a bottom connected via a pump to a jet nozzle, the pump drawing and driving dye liquid from the interior of the liquid storage tank to the jet nozzle and a dyeing tube to carry out dyeing of a fabric, the dye liquid discharging from the jet nozzle and a rear end of the dyeing tube being allowed to directly fall back into the liquid storage tank, characterized in that:
the liquid storage tank is exposed outside and located under the machine body, the liquid storage tank comprising a heat exchanger and/or a filter arranged therein.
4 . An improved structure of a conveyor driving fabric dyeing machine, a machine body comprising a conveyor device arranged therein, the machine body being arranged horizontal or in the form of a down-inclined configuration that has a front end that is lower and a rear that is higher, the front end of the machine body having a bottom forming a liquid storage tank, the liquid storage tank having a bottom connected to a pump, the pump drawing and driving dye liquid from the interior of the liquid storage tank through a heat exchanger to a jet nozzle and a dyeing tube to carry out dyeing of a fabric, the dye liquid discharging from the jet nozzle and a rear end of the dyeing tube being allowed to fall back into the liquid storage tank, characterized in that:
the liquid storage tank is formed, through recessing, inside the machine body.
5 . The improved structure of the conveyor driving fabric dyeing machine as claimed in claim 4 , characterized in that the liquid storage tank comprises a filter arranged therein.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
