Abstract

A weld metal of the present invention contains C: 0.05-0.12%, Si: 0.10-0.35%, Mn: 0.65-0.90%, Cr: 1.85-2.50%, Mo: 0.80-1.20%, V: 0.25-0.50%, Nb: 0.010-0.050%, B: 0.0005-0.0010%, N: 0.025% or less (exclusive of 0%), and O: 0.025-0.060% respectively, with the remainder consisting of iron and inevitable impurities.

1 . A weld metal, comprising:
 C: 0.05-0.12 mass %;   Si: 0.10-0.35 mass %;   Mn: 0.65-0.90 mass %;   Cr: 1.85-2.50 mass %;   Mo: 0.80-1.20 mass %;   V: 0.25-0.50 mass %;   Nb: 0.010-0.050 mass %;   B: 0.0005-0.0010 mass %;   N: greater than 0 mass % and 0.025 mass % or less;   O: 0.025-0.060 mass %; and   iron and inevitable impurities.   
     
     
         2 . The weld metal according to  claim 1 , wherein a value α defined by expression (1) below is 1,750 or less;
   Value α=[Mn]/[B]  (1),
 
 wherein [Mn] and [B] represent mass % content of Mn and B in the weld metal respectively. 
 
     
     
         3 . The weld metal according to  claim 1 , wherein a value β defined by expression (2) below is 0.00193 or less:
   Value β=[C]×{([Mo]/96)+([V]/51)}  (2),
 
 wherein [C], [Mo] and [V] represent mass % content of C, Mo and V in the weld metal respectively. 
 
     
     
         4 . The weld metal according to  claim 2 , wherein a value β defined by expression (2) below is 0.00193 or less:
   Value β=[C]×{([Mo]/96)+([V]/51)}  (2),
 
 wherein [C], [Mo] and [V] represent mass % express the content (mass %) of C, Mo and V in the weld metal respectively. 
 
     
     
         5 . The weld metal according to  claim 1 , further comprising at least one of (a)-(d) below:
 (a) at least one of
 Cu: greater than 0% and 1.00% or less, and 
 Ni: greater than 0% and 1.00% or less; 
   (b) W: greater than 0% and 0.50% or less;   (c) Al: greater than 0% and 0.030% or less;   (d) Ti: greater than 0% and 0.020% or less.   
     
     
         6 . A welded structure, comprising the weld metal according to  claim 1 .
