Abstract

Anti-NTB-A antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof, as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising such antibodies and antigen-binding fragments are described. Also described are methods of using such antibodies and antigen-binding regions to bind NTB-A and treat diseases, such as hematologic malignancies, which are characterized by expression of NTB-A.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An isolated protein that specifically binds NTB-A antibody, comprising:
 a) three CDRs from a heavy chain, comprising; and b) three CDRs from a light chain, wherein the protein is chimeric, humanized, an Fab antibody, or Fab′ antibody, or an (Fab′)2 antibody, or a single chain antibody.

         2 .- 74 . (canceled)

         75 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 , wherein the CDRs are SEQ ID NOs: 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, and 35.

         76 . The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 , wherein the CDRs are SEQ ID NOs: 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29.

77 . A method of recombinantly producing antibody or antibody fragment that specifically binds NTB-A comprising expressing the antibody from a host cell containing an exogenous nucleic acid sequence encoding the antibody, wherein the antibody comprises three CDRs from a light chain of an antibody or three CDRs from a heavy chain of an NTB-A antibody.

         78 . The method of claim 77 , wherein the CDRs are SEQ ID NOs: 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, and 35.

         79 . The method of claim 77 , wherein the CDRs are SEQ ID NOs: 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29.

80 . The method of claim 77 , wherein the antibody is chimeric.

81 . The method of claim 77 , wherein the antibody is humanized.

82 . The method of claim 77 , further comprising isolating the antibody.
