Abstract
In accordance with the present invention, in a case of using persistent scheduling, when detecting a transition from a talk state to a silent state, resources to be allocated during a silent state are allocated to a channel exclusive for silent period, and the resources which have been allocated to a mobile terminal during the talk spurt are released. Therefore, the useless allocation of resources can be reduced, and the throughput of the system can be improved.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 3 . (canceled)
4 . A mobile communication system for performing radio communication between a mobile terminal and a base station by using dynamic scheduling of performing scheduling dynamically and persistent scheduling of performing scheduling persistently, wherein
a radio resource allocated for radio communication performed by using the dynamic scheduling is notified from said base station to said mobile terminal by using a control signal of a lower layer, and a radio resource allocated for radio communication performed by using the persistent scheduling is notified from said base station to said mobile terminal by using a control signal of a upper layer.
5 . The mobile communication system according to claim 4 , wherein occupation of the radio resource allocated for radio communication performed by using the persistent scheduling is notified from said base station to said mobile terminal by using a control signal of the lower layer.
6 . The mobile communication system according to claim 4 , wherein release of the radio resource allocated in the persistent scheduling is notified from said base station to said mobile terminal by using a control signal of the lower layer.
7 . The mobile communication system according to claim 4 , wherein the radio resource allocated for radio communication performed by using the persistent scheduling is allocated for downlink communication.
8 . The mobile communication system according to claim 4 , wherein the radio resource allocated for radio communication performed by using the persistent scheduling is allocated for uplink communication.
9 . A base station for performing radio communication with a mobile terminal by using dynamic scheduling of performing scheduling dynamically and persistent scheduling of performing scheduling persistently, wherein
said base station notifies said mobile terminal of a radio resource allocated for radio communication performed by using the dynamic scheduling by using a control signal of a lower layer, and notifies said mobile terminal of a radio resource allocated for radio communication performed by using the persistent scheduling by using a control signal of a upper layer.
10 . A mobile terminal for performing radio communication with a base station by using dynamic scheduling of performing scheduling dynamically and persistent scheduling of performing scheduling persistently, wherein
said mobile terminal receives a radio resource allocated for radio communication performed by using the dynamic scheduling and transmitted from said base station by using a control signal of a lower layer, and receives a radio resource allocated for radio communication performed by using the persistent scheduling and transmitted from said base station by using a control signal of a upper layer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
