System for selling, buying, lending and renting virtual region and method thereof

Abstract

The right for correlating a region or an existence with a virtual region in a virtual world structured in for example the Internet is sold, bought, lent, or rented. For example, when a buyer bought a virtual region from a seller, the virtual region of the seller is correlated with a virtual region of the buyer in a link method, a paste method, or a projection method.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A control method comprising:
 receiving, by a processor, a request from a computer for obtaining a virtual region that is a three dimensional space or a two dimensional plane in a virtual world;   allowing, by the processor, the computer to edit data used for displaying image in the virtual region when the request is accepted.   
     
     
         2 . The control method according to  claim 1 , comprising:
 accepting a designation of the virtual region or virtual existence in the virtual region;   changing a display image from an image including the virtual region or virtual existence to another image including another virtual region or another virtual existence, the another virtual region or the another virtual existence being correlated to the virtual region or the virtual existence.   
     
     
         3 . An information processing apparatus comprising:
 a processor configured to receive a request from a computer for obtaining a virtual region that is a three dimensional space or a two dimensional plane in a virtual world and to allow the computer to edit data used for displaying image in the virtual region when the request is accepted.   
     
     
         4 . The information processing apparatus according to  claim 3 , wherein
 the processor accepts a designation of the virtual region or virtual existence in the virtual region and changes a display image from an image including the virtual region or virtual existence to another image including another virtual region or another virtual existence, the another virtual region or the another virtual existence being correlated to the virtual region or the virtual existence.
