Abstract
A scintillator plate includes a substrate, a buffer layer, a scintillator layer arranged on the buffer layer, and a protective layer. The buffer layer and/or the protective layer is colored. The buffer layer and/or the protective layer include a proportion of carbonyl groups of greater than 5000 ppm.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A scintillator plate, comprising:
a substrate; a buffer layer arranged on the substrate; a scintillator layer arranged on the buffer layer; and
a protective layer; wherein the buffer layer, the protective layer, or both the buffer layer and the protective layer comprise a proportion of carbonyl groups, such that the buffer layer, the protective layer, or both the buffer layer and the protection layer have a yellowish coloration, and wherein the buffer layer, the protective layer, or both the buffer layer and the protective layer comprise a proportion of carbonyl groups of greater than 5000 ppm.
2 . The scintillator plate of claim 1 , wherein the scintillator layer forms microstructures such that interstices extend between the microstructures essentially perpendicularly to the surface of the scintillator plate toward the substrate, and the protective layer extends into the interstices.
3 . The scintillator plate of claim 1 , wherein the scintillator layer comprises caesium iodide.
4 . The scintillator plate of claim 1 , wherein the buffer layer, the protective layer, or both the buffer layer and the protective layer are made of parylene from the substance group of poly-p-xylylenes.
5 . The scintillator plate of claim 4 , wherein the buffer layer, the protective layer, or both the buffer layer and the protective layer are made of parylene C, parylene D or parylene N.

7 . The scintillator plate of claim 2 , wherein the scintillator layer comprises caesium iodide.
8 . The scintillator plate of claim 2 , wherein the buffer layer, the protective layer, or both the buffer layer and the protective layer are made of parylene from the substance group of poly-p-xylylenes.
9 . The scintillator plate of claim 3 , wherein the buffer layer, the protective layer, or both the buffer layer and the protective layer are made of parylene from the substance group of poly-p-xylylenes.
10 . The scintillator plate of claim 7 , wherein the buffer layer, the protective layer, or both the buffer layer and the protective layer are made of parylene from the substance group of poly-p-xylylenes.
11 . The scintillator plate of claim 5 , the scintillator layer further comprising:
microstructures such that interstices form between the microstructures essentially perpendicularly to the surface of the scintillator plate toward the substrate, wherein the protective layer penetrates into the interstices during application.
12 . The scintillator plate of claim 11 , wherein the scintillator layer comprises caesium iodide.Cited by (0)
