Abstract
A hair clip assembly includes a hair clip body including first and second clamping arms pivotally connected together with a pivot pin, and a spring device set between the rear ends of the upper and lower clamping arms to hold the hair clip body constantly in a close position. The spring device includes two main spring arms obliquely connected to each other, and two supplementary spring arms respectively obliquely extended from respective distal ends of the two main spring arms toward to and abutted against each other.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat the invention claimed is:
1 . A hair clip assembly, comprising:
a hair clip body comprising an upper clamping arm, a lower clamping arm and a pivot pin, said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arms each comprising a pair of pivot connection lugs symmetrically located at a rear end thereof, said pivot pin being fastened to the pivot connection lugs of said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arms to pivotally connect said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arms together; and a spring device having a substantially V-shaped profile and set between the rear ends of said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arm adjacent to said pivot connection lugs to hold said hair clip body constantly in a close position, said spring device comprising two main spring arms obliquely connected to each other and two supplementary spring arms respectively obliquely extended from respective distal ends of the two main spring arms toward to and abutted against each other.
2 . The hair clip assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arms each further comprise a border flange perpendicularly extended along the border of the border thereof for stopping said spring device in between the rear ends of said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arms.
3 . The hair clip assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said spring device further comprises a locating groove transversely located at the connection area between said two main spring arms and forced into engagement with said pivot pin.
4 . The hair clip assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said spring device is selected made by resilient metal or plastics.
5 . A hair clip assembly, comprising:
a hair clip body comprising an upper clamping arm, a lower clamping arm and a pivot pin, said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arms each comprising a pair of pivot connection lugs symmetrically located at a rear end thereof, said pivot pin being fastened to the pivot connection lugs of said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arms to pivotally connect said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arms together; and a spring device having a substantially V-shaped profile and set between the rear ends of said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arm adjacent to said pivot connection lugs to hold said hair clip body constantly in a close position, said spring device comprising two main spring arms obliquely connected to each other and two supplementary spring arms respectively integrally formed of a part of said main spring arms and respectively obliquely extended from a middle part of the respective said main spring arms toward to and abutted against each other.
6 . The hair clip assembly as claimed in claim 5 , wherein said spring device further comprises a locating groove transversely located at the connection area between said two main spring arms and forced into engagement with said pivot pin.
7 . The hair clip assembly as claimed in claim 5 , wherein said spring device is selected made by resilient metal or plastics.
8 . A hair clip assembly, comprising a hair clip body, said hair clip body comprising an upper clamping arm, a lower clamping arm and a pivot pin, said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arms each comprising a pair of pivot connection lugs symmetrically located at a rear end thereof, said pivot pin being fastened to the pivot connection lugs of said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arms to pivotally connect said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arms together,
wherein: at least one of said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arm comprises a spring arm obliquely extended from the rear end thereof and respectively abutted against the rear end of the opposing said lower clamping arm or said upper clamping arm to hold said hair clip body in a close position.
9 . The hair clip assembly as claimed in claim 8 , wherein said upper clamping arm and said lower clamping arm each comprise the respective said spring arm respectively obliquely extended from the rear end thereof and respectively abutted against the rear end of the opposing said lower clamping arm or said upper clamping arm to hold said hair clip body in a close position.Cited by (0)
