. The method of claim 1 , wherein the container comprises a remotely operable dispenser.

. The method of claim 2 , wherein the container comprises a smart phone.

. The method of claim 2 , wherein the container comprises a laptop or desktop computer.

. The method of claim 2 , wherein the container is configured to be remotely monitored and operated by the telemedical care provider.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the container comprises biometric sensors.

. The method of claim 6 , wherein the container is configured to confirm the identity of the subject using the biometric sensors of the container.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the container is configured to confirm the presence of insurance coverage for the subject.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the container is further configured to receive and process billing information.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the container comprises a magnetic stripe reader.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the container comprises an RFID chip reader.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the container comprises an electronically readable token reader.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the inventory comprises a medical or surgical item that provides one week or less worth of treatments for the medical symptom.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the risk profile comprises the likelihood of the onset of the medical symptom within two months of the determination of the risk profile.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the risk profile comprises the likelihood of the onset of the medical symptom within two weeks of the determination of the risk profile.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the risk profile comprises the likelihood of the onset of the medical symptom within one day of the determination of the risk profile.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the container is further configured to provide to the user an instantaneous encounter-specific insurance or guarantee premium.

. The method of claim 17 , wherein the insurance or guarantee premium is determined at least in part based on an economic risk associated with the remote health encounter provided by the container.
