Abstract

A portable luggage case system facilitating user to rest, includes a container to store stuff; several wheels under the container; a length-adjustable pull rod; a height-adjustable headrest to support the head. in addition, it includes a height-adjustable seat plate, a seat is underlaid with one end of the seat plate, and the other end is connected to the container or to an accessory thereof. A seat plate rod used to connect seat plate is placed in the rear of the container or behind the container; the surface pattern of the seat plate rod is helical thread, there are matching threads on the connection part of seat plate to seat plate rod. The advantages of present invention are that it can be used more widely, attract more target customers and marketing become easier than sleeping support frame because this invention is attached to a portable luggage case, popular product.

         32 . A luggage system, comprising:
 a luggage case having a first side and an opposing second side, the luggage case comprising a mounting frame on the second side; and   a headrest support adjustably mounted on the mounting frame.

The luggage system according to  claim 32 , wherein the mounting frame has a lower portion and an upper portion, the lower portion configured to rest on a floor surface and the headrest support comprises a headrest frame extended from the upper portion of the mounting frame.

The luggage system according to  claim 33 , wherein headrest frame comprises a handle and the headrest support further comprises a headrest pad mounted on the handle, and wherein the headrest frame is adjustable so to change a position of the headrest pad in relationship to the floor surface. 
     
     
         35 . The luggage system according to  claim 32 , further comprising:
 a mounting post having a first post portion, a second post portion and a middle post portion between the first and second post portions, the second post portion attached to the mounting frame; and   a seat support mounted on the middle post portion, the seat support comprising two foldable support members operable between a first position and a second position, wherein when the support members are operated in the first position, the support members are located adjacent to the middle post portion, and when the support members are operated in the second position, the support members extend away from the middle post portion and the second side of the luggage case.   
     
     
         36 . The luggage system according to  claim 35 , further comprising:
 a chest-rest support adjustably mounted on the first post portion of the mounting post, the chest-rest support comprising a support rod having a first rod segment and a second rod segment, the first rod segment pivotably mounted on the first post portion and the second rod segment configured to support a plate.   
     
     
         37 . The luggage system according to  claim 36 , wherein the chest-rest support is operable between a first configuration and a second configuration, and wherein when the chest-rest support is operated in the first configuration, the second rod segment of the support rod is located adjacent to the middle post portion, and when the chest-rest support is operated in the second configuration, the second rod segment of the support rod extend away from the middle post portion and the second side of the luggage case. 
     
     
         38 . The luggage system according to  claim 36 , wherein the support rod has a rod length which is adjustable. 
     
     
         39 . The luggage system according to  claim 38 , wherein the support rod comprises an outer tube and an inner tube extendable from the outer tube for adjusting the rod length. 
     
     
         40 . The luggage system according to  claim 35 , wherein when the mounting frame is placed adjacent to a seat, the support members of the seat support extend away from the middle post portion and the second side of the luggage case so that at least part of the support members are in contact to part of the seat so as to prevent the luggage system from tipping over and away from the seat. 
     
     
         41 . The luggage system according to  claim 40 , wherein the seat support is adjustably mounted on the middle post portion of the mounting post, and wherein the seat has an upper side and a lower side, such that when the mounting frame is placed adjacent to the seat, said at least part of the support members are in contact to part of the lower side of the seat. 
     
     
         42 . The luggage system according to  claim 33 , wherein the luggage case has a top side and a bottom side adjacent to the lower portion of the mounting frame, the luggage system further comprising:
 one or more footing members adjustably attached to the mounting frame such that said one or more footing members are extended from the bottom side of the luggage case and outward from the first side of the luggage case, or retrieved under the bottom side of the luggage case.          43 . The luggage system according to  claim 32 , wherein the luggage system further comprises a paddle moveably linked to the footing members, the paddle operable in a first paddle position for causing the footing members to locate under the bottom side of the luggage case and a second paddle position for causing the footing members to move outward from the first side of the luggage case. 
     
     
         44 . The luggage system according to  claim 33 , further comprising:
 one or more footing members extended from the lower portion of the mounting frame and away from the second side of the luggage case.   
     
     
         45 . The luggage system according to  claim 37 , wherein the seat support is configured to relocate from the middle post position to the second post position, such that when the chest-rest support is operated in the first configuration, at least part of the second rod segment of the support rod is located between the support members of the seat support when the support members are operated in the first position. 
     
     
         46 . The luggage system according to  claim 34 , wherein the headrest pad is removable from the handle. 
     
     
         47 . The luggage system according to  claim 46 , wherein the headrest pad comprises one or more pins and the handle comprises one or more openings configured to receive said one or more pins of the headrest pad, and wherein the luggage case further comprises receptacle for storing the headrest pad removed from the handle. 
     
     
         48 . The luggage system according to  claim 32 , wherein the mounting frame is removable from the luggage case. 
     
     
         49 . The luggage system according to  claim 48 , wherein the luggage case comprises one or more protruding members and the mounting frame comprises one or more openings configured to receive said one or more protruding members of the luggage case. 
     
     
         50 . The luggage system according to  claim 39 , wherein said one or more protruding members comprise, one or more locking members configured to secure the luggage case to the mounting frame. 
     
     
         51 . The luggage system according to  claim 41 , further comprising:
 a plurality of casters mounted on the bottom side of the luggage case.
