Method for forming electrical connection structure part, method for producing aluminum wire with terminal, electrical connection structure part, motor provided with electrical connection structure part, and electrical device provided with motor provided with electrical connection structure part, aluminum wire with terminal, motor provided with aluminum wire with terminal, and electrical device provided with motor provided with aluminum wire with terminal
Abstract
A method for forming an electrical connection structure part according to the present invention includes a step of covering, with an alloy body, a connection part between a first conductor part and a second conductor part, so as to form the electrical connection structure part. The first conductor part contains aluminum. The second conductor part has a surface covered with an ingredient containing nickel. The alloy body contains tin, silver, and nickel. The method further includes steps of; connecting the first conductor part and the second conductor part to each other to form the connection part; melting the alloy body; and dipping at least the connection part into the molten alloy body.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for forming an electrical connection structure part including a first conductor part, a second conductor part, and an alloy body, the method comprising the steps of:
forming a connection part by connecting the first conductor part to the second conductor part, the first conductor part containing aluminum, the second conductor part having a surface covered with an ingredient containing nickel; melting the alloy body containing tin, silver, and nickel; and dipping at least the connection part into the molten alloy body, for covering the connection part with the alloy body.
2 . The method for forming the electrical connection structure part according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the nickel in the alloy body is in a range of 0.2 weight percent to 0.6 weight percent.
3 . The method for forming the electrical connection structure part according to claim 1 , wherein the second conductor part is a copper-nickel alloy containing further copper.
4 . The method for forming the electrical connection structure part according to claim 1 , wherein the surface is covered with a plating layer containing the nickel as a principal component.
5 . A method for manufacturing an aluminum wire with terminal including an aluminum wire, a terminal, and an alloy body, the method comprising the steps of:
removing a part of the covering material from the aluminum wire including:
a conductor part containing aluminum; and
the covering material including an insulating material to cover the conductor part;
attaching the terminal to the conductor part uncovered by removing the part of the covering material, the terminal having a surface covered with an ingredient containing nickel; melting the alloy body containing tin, silver, and nickel; and dipping, into the molten alloy body, the uncovered conductor part and the terminal attached to the uncovered conductor part, for electrically connecting the aluminum wire to the terminal.
6 . The method for manufacturing the aluminum wire with terminal according to claim 5 , wherein a content of the nickel in the alloy body is in a range of 0.2 weight percent to 0.6 weight percent.
7 . The method for manufacturing the aluminum wire with terminal according to claim 5 , wherein the terminal is formed with a copper-nickel alloy containing further copper.
8 . The method for manufacturing the aluminum wire with terminal according to claim 5 , wherein the surface of the terminal is covered with a plating layer containing the nickel as a principal component.
9 . The method for forming the electrical connection structure part according to claim 2 , wherein the second conductor part is a copper-nickel alloy containing further copper.
10 . The method for forming the electrical connection structure part according to claim 2 , wherein the surface is covered with a plating layer containing the nickel as a principal component.
11 . The method for manufacturing the aluminum wire with terminal according to claim 6 , wherein the terminal is formed with a copper-nickel alloy containing further copper.
12 . The method for manufacturing the aluminum wire with terminal according to claim 6 , wherein the surface of the terminal is covered with a plating layer containing the nickel as a principal component.Cited by (0)
