Abstract

“A sole shoe wearable over a boot includes: a sole having a top surface, a bottom surface and a sole edge line forming a first loop; a flange extending upwardly from and along the sole edge line to form a second loop above the first loop, where a groove is formed in an outer surface of the flange and along the sole edge line; and a grid structure formed in cross of side to side horizontal plates and front to rear vertical plates, on a rear part of the sole top surface, where a cross support is formed on and around each cross of the horizontal and vertical plates, where the horizontal and vertical plates are substantially incremental in height from around a center of the sole top surface toward the rear part of the sole top surface.”

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A shoe kit, comprising:
a bottom-flat winter boot; a sole shoe wearable over the bottom-flat winter boot; a sole having a top surface, a bottom surface and a sole edge line forming a first loop; a flange extending upwardly from and along the sole edge line to form a second loop above the first loop, wherein the second loop is shorter than the first loop in perimeter to enable the flange to tighten the boot when the sole shoe is elastically worn over a bottom-flat boot sole of the boot using a predetermined shoehorn, wherein the second loop is formed in a straight line when viewed from aside so as to align with the bottom-flat boot sole of the boot, wherein a groove is formed in an outer surface of the flange and along the sole edge line, wherein the flange is formed to solely cover the bottom-flat boot sole to serve as a real looking boot sole, whereby a user can add a sole-appealing fashion to the boot by applying a different color and design from the boot sole; and a grid structure formed in side to side horizontal plates and front to rear vertical plates, on a rear part of the sole top surface, wherein a cross support is formed on and around each cross of the horizontal and vertical plates, wherein the horizontal and vertical plates are incremental in height from around a center of the sole top surface toward the rear part of the sole top surface.

         2 . (canceled)

3 . The shoe kit according to claim 1 , wherein the sole, flange and the grid structure are formed of polyurethane plastics.

4 . The shoe kit according to claim 1 , wherein the groove is substantially parallel to the sole bottom surface to generate an illusion effect making the grid structure non-existent.

5 . The shoe kit according to claim 1 , wherein the grid structure has five horizontal plates and two vertical plates.

6 . The shoe kit according to claim 1 , wherein the sole bottom surface is formed slip resistant.

7 . The shoe kit according to claim 1 , wherein the sole bottom surface is formed shock resistant.

8 . The shoe kit according to claim 1 , wherein the sole shoe is formed water resistant.

9 . The shoe kit according to claim 1 , wherein the flange includes an artistic design.

         10 . A shoe kit, comprising:
a bottom-flat winter boot; a sole shoe wearable over the bottom-flat winter boot; a sole having a top surface, a bottom surface and a sole edge line forming a first loop; a flange extending upwardly from and along the sole edge line to form a second loop above the first loop, wherein the second loop is shorter than the first loop in perimeter to enable the flange to tighten the boot when the sole shoe is elastically worn over a bottom-flat boot sole of the boot using a predetermined shoehorn, wherein the second loop is formed in a straight line when viewed from aside so as to align with the bottom-flat boot sole of the boot, wherein a groove is formed in an outer surface of the flange and along the sole edge line, wherein the flange is formed to solely cover the bottom-flat boot sole to serve as a real looking boot sole, whereby a user can add a sole-appealing fashion to the boot by applying a different color and design from the boot sole; a support rail extending inward from and along the second loop of the flange to provide an additional elasticity to attachment of the support rail onto the boot sole; and a grid structure formed in side to side horizontal plates and front to rear vertical plates, on a rear part of the sole top surface, wherein a cross support is formed on and around each cross of the horizontal and vertical plates, wherein the horizontal and vertical plates are incremental in height from around a center of the sole top surface toward the rear part of the sole top surface.

         11 . (canceled)

12 . The shoe kit according to claim 10 , wherein the sole, flange and the grid structure are formed of polyurethane plastics.

13 . The shoe kit according to claim 10 , wherein the groove is substantially parallel to the sole bottom surface to generate an illusion effect making the grid structure non-existent.

14 . The shoe kit according to claim 10 , wherein the grid structure has five horizontal plates and two vertical plates.

15 . The shoe kit according to claim 10 , wherein the sole bottom surface is formed slip resistant.

16 . The shoe kit according to claim 10 , wherein the sole bottom surface is formed shock resistant.

17 . The shoe kit according to claim 10 , wherein the sole shoe is formed water resistant.

18 . The shoe kit according to claim 10 , wherein the flange includes an artistic design.
