Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 9 . (canceled)
. A method of treating cancer in a subject, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a compound, which is 3-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-isopropyl-phenyl)-4-(1-methyl-indol-5-yl)-5-hydroxy-[1,2,4]triazole, 5-hydroxy-4-(5-hydroxy-4-(1-methyl-1H-indol-5-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-2-isopropylphenyl dihydrogen phosphate, or a tautomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an effective amount of an EGFR inhibitor.
- 12 . (canceled)
. The method of claim 10 , wherein the cancer is pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, prostate cancer, rectal cancer, kidney cancer, liver cancer, gallbladder cancer, head and neck cancer, transitional cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, glioblastoma, gliosarcoma, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, esophageal cancer, bladder cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, brain and central nervous system cancer, neuroendocrine tumors, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, or chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
. The method of claim 13 , wherein the cancer is pancreatic cancer.
- 19 . (canceled)
. The method of claim 10 , wherein the subject is human.
- 26 . (canceled)
. The method of claim 10 , wherein the compound is 3-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-isopropyl-phenyl)-4-(1-methyl-indol-5-yl)-5-hydroxy-[1,2,4]triazole, or a tautomer or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
. The method of claim 10 , wherein the EGFR inhibitor is gefitinib or cetuximab.
