Packaging tray
Abstract
A packaging tray includes a base plate, two first side plates and two second side plates. Two first side plates and two second side plates are connected to four sides of the base plate, respectively. Each of the first side plates includes a first base body and two first combining areas with an opening connected to the first base body. Each of the second side plates includes a second base body and two second combining areas connected to the second base body. Each of the first combining area includes a head part and a neck part connecting the head part and the second base body. The head parts of the second combining areas pierce through and are fixed to the openings of the first combining areas adjacent to the second combining areas, respectively, so that the first side plates are attached with the second side plates, respectively.

a base plate with two first sides and two second sides, the two first sides being opposite to each other, the two second sides being opposite to each other and located between the two first sides; two first side plates being bendable relative to the base plate and connected to and erected on the first sides of the base plate, respectively, each of the first side plates comprising a first base body and two first combining areas, the first combining areas connected to two sides of the first base body which are opposite to each other, respectively, and each of the first combining areas having at least one opening being separated from edges of the first combining area by a distance; and two second side plates being bendable relative to the base plate and connected to and erected on the second sides of the base plate, respectively, each of the second side plates comprising a second base body and two second combining areas, the second combining areas connected to two sides of the second base body, respectively, each of the second combining areas comprising a head part and a neck part, the head part and the second base body connected via the neck part, the head part being wider than the opening, the neck part being narrower than the opening, the first combining areas of the first side plates overlapped with the second combining areas of the second side plates adjacent to the first combining areas of the first side plates, respectively, and the head parts piercing through and fixed to the openings, respectively, so that the first combining areas are attached with the second combining areas, respectively; wherein the base plate, the first side plates and the second side plates are formed into a single unit.
2 . The packaging tray of claim 1 , wherein each second combining area further comprises a base part, the neck part and the second base body are connected via the base part, the head part and the base part are located at two surfaces of the first combining area which are opposite to each other.
3 . The packaging tray of claim 1 , wherein the first combining area of the first side plate is bent relative to the first base body of the first side plate and attached to the second combining area of the second side plate.
4 . The packaging tray of claim 1 , wherein the second combining area of the second side plate is bent relative to the second base body of the second side plate to be attached to the first combining area of the first side plate.
5 . The packaging tray of claim 1 , wherein the length of the neck is larger than the thickness of the side plate.
6 . The packaging tray of claim 2 , wherein three sides of the head part and the neck part are surrounded by the base part.
7 . A packaging tray, comprises:
a base plate with two first sides and two second sides, the two first sides being opposite to each other, the two second sides being opposite to each other and located between the two first sides; and four side plates being bendable relative to the base plate and connected to and erected on the first sides and the second sides of the base plate, respectively, each of the side plates comprising a base body, a first combining area and a second combining area, the first combining area and the second combining area connected to two sides of the base body which are opposite to each other, respectively, each of the first combining areas having at least one opening being separated from edges of the first combining area by a distance, each of the second combining areas comprising a head part and a neck part, the head part and the base body connected via the neck part, the head part being wider than the opening, the neck part being narrower than the opening, the first combining areas of the side plates overlapped with the second combining areas of the side plates adjacent to the first combining areas of the side plates, respectively, and the head parts piercing through and fixed to the openings, respectively, so that the first combining areas are attached with the second combining areas, respectively; wherein, the base plate and these side plates are formed into a single unit.
8 . The packaging tray of claim 7 , wherein each of the second combining areas further comprises a base part, the neck part and the base body are connected via the base part, the head part and the base part are located at two surfaces of the first combining area which are opposite to each other.
9 . The packaging tray of claim 7 , wherein the first combining area is bent relative to the base body of one of the side plate and attached to the second combining area of another side plate.
10 . The packaging tray of claim 7 , wherein the second combining areas of the side plates are bent relative to the base bodies of the side plates, respectively, so that the second combining areas of the side plates are attached to the first combining areas of side plates adjacent to the second combining areas of the side plates, respectively.
