Automatic Openable/Closable Dispensing Structure Of Easy-Filling Powder Compact

Abstract

An automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of an easy filling powder compact provides easy filling of a cosmetic material and allows for automatic opening/closing for material dispensing, in which a case body that is provided for containing a powder is made such that a bottom thereof is made open to form a filling opening and a top thereof is structured to form an inwardly recessed material dispensing panel having spaced curved slide channels having various lengths formed by recessing a panel surface thereof in which through holes is formed with a material dispensing board that is stacked thereon and movable for controlling and has similar through holes formed therein. Raised spots are formed on a rim of the material dispensing board so that the material dispensing board is engageable with and driven by the rotation of a case cover to selectively align the through holes for material dispensing.

I CLAIM: 
     
         1 . An automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of an easy-filling powder compact, comprising a case body for receiving and storing therein a cosmetic material and a material dispensing board that comprises a holed surface for dispensing the material, and a case cover for closing and sealing the case body, characterized in that the case body has a top that forms a case opening that is closable by the case cover, with a sealing ring fit thereto for closure sealing, the case opening comprising therein a material dispensing panel that is integrally therewith in a manner of being recessed with respect thereto and having a panel surface in which an arrangement of through holes is formed to receive a material dispensing board having a configuration similar to the recess to be stacked thereon and assembled therewith, the material dispensing board comprising a corresponding arrangement of through holes therein to collectively define passages for dispensing the cosmetic material, the material dispensing board having a top ring on which raised spots are formed in a raised manner so as allow an inside surface of the case cover, in a closing operation, to engage and drive the material dispensing board to slide for rotation thereby making the material dispensing through holes that are in a condition of communicating each other shifted with respect to each other to form a condition of being not in communication with each other; in opening the case cover, the material dispensing board is synchronously driven to return back to a position where the through holes are back in alignment with each other so as to achieve an automatic openable/closable material dispensing operation; and the case body has a bottom that forms a hollowed section in an open condition to allow for filling of the cosmetic material and to receive a bottom board to directly close and thus form an air tight assembly thereby forming a structure of a cosmetic powder case that allows for automatic openable/closable material dispensing operation and easy filling.

The automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of the easy-filling powder compact according to  claim 1 , wherein the material dispensing panel comprises long slide channels that are provided for receiving the elastic elements to mount therein and short slide channels provided for guiding purposes, which are arranged in an equally spaced manner.

The automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of the easy-filling powder compact according to  claim 1 , wherein the material dispensing board has a bottom on which insertion pegs are respectively formed, in a projecting manner, at locations corresponding to the long slide channels.

The automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of the easy-filling powder compact according to  claim 1 , wherein the material dispensing board has a bottom on which projection posts for guiding purposes are respectively formed, in a projecting manner, at locations corresponding to and insertable into the short slide channels. 
     
     
         5 . The automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of the easy-filling powder compact according to  claim 1 , wherein the raised spots formed on the top ring of the material dispensing board are multiple that are arranged in an equally spaced manner.

The automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of the easy-filling powder compact according to  claim 1 , wherein the opening section in the bottom of the case body has an inside surface in which a recessed circumferential groove is formed for receiving the bottom board to engage therewith for achieving an air tight fixing, closing, and positioning assembly. 
     
     
         7 . The automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of the easy-filling powder compact according to  claim 6 , wherein the bottom board has an end edge that forms a raised circumferential flange corresponding to the circumferential groove for fixing purposes. 
     
     
         8 . The automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of the easy-filling powder compact according to  claim 1 , wherein the bottom board is assembled through screwing.
