Abstract

A method and medicine for treating leukemia or other cancer or disease condition including administering periodic doses of a combination of one or more of emodin, rhein or rhapontin with one or more of aucubin, digoxin or beta-sitosterol, and/or one or more of carvacrol, vanillic acid or sitosterol.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method of preparing a medicinal combination for treating a patient diagnosed with leukemia, melanoma or breast, prostate or colon cancer, comprising preparing a combination of effective amounts of each of emodin, rhein, rhapontin, aucubin, digoxin and beta-sitosterol. 
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the combination comprises effective amounts of each of Sheng Di Huang and Da Huang. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the combination further comprises effective amounts of each of carvacrol, and vanillic acid. 
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 3 , wherein the combination comprises effective amounts of each of Sheng Di Huang, Da Huang and Jin Yin Hua. 
     
     
         5 . A medicinal combination for treating a patient diagnosed with leukemia, melanoma or breast, prostate or colon cancer, comprising effective amounts of each of emodin, rhein, rhapontin, aucubin, digoxin and beta-sitosterol. 
     
     
         6 . The medicinal combination of  claim 5 , comprising effective amounts of each of Da Huang and Sheng Di Huang. 
     
     
         7 . The medicinal combination of  claim 5 , further comprising effective amounts of each of carvacrol, and vanillic acid. 
     
     
         8 . The medicinal combination of  claim 7 , comprising effective amounts of each of Da Huang, Sheng Di Huang and Jin Yin Hua. 
     
     
         9 . A method of treating a patient diagnosed with leukemia, melanoma, psoriasis or breast, prostate or colon cancer, comprising administering periodic doses of a combination of effective amounts of each of emodin, rhein, rhapontin, aucubin, digoxin, beta-sitosterol, Sheng Di Huang and Da Huang. 
     
     
         10 . The method of  claim 9 , wherein the combination further comprises effective amounts of each of carvacrol, and vanillic acid. 
     
     
         11 . The method of  claim 10 , wherein the combination comprises an effective amount of Jin Yin Hua.
