Apparatus and method for checking care providing site visit of user

Abstract

An apparatus and method for checking a care providing site visit of a user are disclosed. The method of checking the care providing site visit may include collecting identification information of a user who visits a care providing site, verifying the user and the user's visit to the care providing site based on the collected identification information, and providing a medical data interface for creating medical data of the verified user to a doctor that medically assesses.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method for verifying a care providing site visit of a user, the method comprising:
 collecting, from at least one care providing site server, identification information of the user who visits at least one care providing site;   verifying the user and the user's visit to at least one care providing site based on the collected identification information;   providing a medical data interface for creating medical data of the verified user to the care providing site server that medically assesses the user; and   storing the created medical data at the care providing site server of the care providing site.   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the medical data is collected by a medical data management apparatus and managed by care providing site visit of the user. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 2 , further comprising:
 requesting available medical data associated with the user from the medical data management apparatus; and   providing, with medical data collected by the care providing site and medical data collected by a care providing site server different from the care providing site from the medical data management apparatus.   
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 transmitting symptom information of the user input by the doctor via the medical data interface to a medical data management apparatus that manages a plurality of medical data; and   receiving at least one medical data associated with a disease category corresponding to the symptom information from the medical data management apparatus.   
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the collecting the identification information comprises measuring biometric data of the user via a sensor. 
     
     
         6 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the collecting the identification information comprises reading personal information from a smart card of the user. 
     
     
         7 . An apparatus comprising:
 an identification information collection unit configured to collect identification information of a user who visits at least one care providing site;   a user visit check unit configured to verify the user and the user's visit to at least one care providing site based on the collected identification information;   a medical data interface providing unit configured to provide a medical data interface for creating medical data of the verified user to a doctor that medically assesses the user; and   a memory configured to store the created medical data.   
     
     
         8 . The apparatus of  claim 7 , wherein the apparatus is configured to communicate with a medical data management apparatus that is configured to collect the medical data and to manage the collected medical data according to the user's care providing site visit. 
     
     
         9 . The care providing site server of  claim 7 , further comprising:
 a medical data request unit to request the medical data on the user from a medical data management apparatus which manages medical data and to be provided with medical data collected by the care providing site and medical data collected by a care providing site server different from the care providing site from the medical data management apparatus.   
     
     
         10 . The apparatus of  claim 7 , further comprising a medical data request unit configured to transmit symptom information of the user input by the doctor via the medical data interface to a medical data management apparatus that manages a plurality of medical data in order to receive at least one medical data associated with a disease category corresponding to the symptom information from the medical data management apparatus. 
     
     
         11 . The apparatus of  claim 7 , wherein the identification information collection unit is further configured to collect the identification information of the user by measuring biometric data of the user via a sensor. 
     
     
         12 . The apparatus of  claim 7 , wherein the identification information collection unit is further configured to collect the identification information of the user by reading personal information from a smart card of the user. 
     
     
         13 . The apparatus of  claim 7 , wherein the apparatus is a server associated with the first care providing site. 
     
     
         14 . A non-transitory machine-readable medium comprising code, which, when executed by a machine, causes the machine to perform operations, the operations comprising:
 Collecting, from at least one care providing site server, identification information of a user who visits at least one care providing site;   verifying the user and the user's visit to at least one care providing site based on the collected identification information;   providing a medical data interface for creating medical data of the verified user to a doctor that medically assesses the user; and   storing the created medical data at the care providing site server of the care providing site.   
     
     
         15 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of  claim 14 , wherein the operations wherein the medical data is collected by a medical data management apparatus and managed by care providing site visit of the user. 
     
     
         16 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of  claim 15 , wherein the operations further comprise:
 requesting available medical data associated with the user from the medical data management apparatus; and   providing, with medical data collected by the care providing site and medical data collected by a care providing site server different from the care providing site from the medical data management apparatus.   
     
     
         17 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of  claim 14 , wherein the operations further comprise:
 transmitting symptom information of the user input by the doctor via the medical data interface to a medical data management apparatus that manages a plurality of medical data; and   receiving at least one medical data associated with a disease category corresponding to the symptom information from the medical data management apparatus.   
     
     
         18 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of  claim 14 , wherein the collecting the identification information comprises measuring biometric data of the user via a sensor. 
     
     
         19 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of  claim 14 , wherein the collecting the identification information comprises reading personal information from a smart card of the user.
