Abstract

According to an embodiment, an air-conditioning controller configured to control an air-conditioning system including a heat source device that supplies a refrigerant for cooling air to an air conditioner includes: a comfort index range recorder for storing a target range of a comfort index of a sensation of warmth of human; a comfort index calculator for calculating the comfort index based on a temperature measured value or a humidity measured value according to an air-conditioning subject obtained by a measured value obtaining unit, and an airflow speed according to the air-conditioning subject; a blast fan controller configured to control changing a wind speed from a blast fan to high when the comfort index is out of the target range; and a consumption energy controller configured to control the heat source device to decrease consumption energy after changing the wind speed.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An air-conditioning controller configured to control an air-conditioning system including a heat source device that supplies a refrigerant for cooling air to an air conditioner, comprising:
 a measured value obtaining unit for obtaining a temperature measured value or a humidity measured value according to an air-conditioning subject;   a comfort index range recorder for storing a target range of a comfort index of a sensation of warmth of human;   a comfort index calculator for calculating the comfort index based on the temperature measured value or the humidity measured value, and an airflow speed according to the air-conditioning subject;   a blast fan controller configured to control changing a wind speed from a blast fan to high when the comfort index calculated by the comfort index calculator is out of the target range stored in the comfort index range recorder, the blast fan circulating air cooled by the air conditioner towards the air-conditioning subject, the wind speed corresponding to the airflow speed that is a variable according to the comfort index; and   a consumption energy controller configured to control the heat source device to decrease consumption energy after changing the wind speed.   
     
     
         2 . The air-conditioning controller of  claim 1 , wherein
 the air conditioner includes a coil for cooling air;   the heat source device supplies the refrigerant to the coil; and   the consumption energy controller is configured to control the heat source device and the coil to decrease the consumption energy after changing the wind speed.   
     
     
         3 . The air-conditioning controller of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 an air flow speed changer for changing the wind speed from the blast fan to high when the comfort index calculated by the comfort index calculator is out of the target range stored in the comfort index range recorder, wherein   the blast fan controller is configured to control the blast fan to change the wind speed to a value that has been changed by the air flow speed changer, and   the consumption energy controller is configured to control the heat source device and a coil provided with the air conditioner for cooling air to decrease the consumption energy after changing the wind speed.   
     
     
         4 . An air-conditioning controller configured to control an air-conditioning system including a coil and a heat source device that supplies a refrigerant for cooling air to the coil, comprising:
 a measured value obtaining unit for obtaining a temperature measured value or a humidity measured value according to an air-conditioning subject;   a comfort index range recorder for storing a target range of a comfort index of a sensation of warmth of human;   a comfort index calculator for calculating the comfort index based on the temperature measured value or the humidity measured value, and an airflow speed according to the air-conditioning subject;   a blast fan controller configured to control changing a wind speed from a blast fan to high when the comfort index calculated by the comfort index calculator is out of the target range stored in the comfort index range recorder, the blast fan circulating air cooled by the air conditioner towards the air-conditioning subject, the wind speed corresponding to the airflow speed that is a variable according to the comfort index; and   a consumption energy controller configured to control the air-conditioning system to decrease consumption energy after changing the wind speed.   
     
     
         5 . The air-conditioning controller of  claim 4 , further comprising:
 an air flow speed changer for changing the wind speed from the blast fan to high when the comfort index calculated by the comfort index calculator is out of the target range stored in the comfort index range recorder, wherein   the blast fan controller is configured to control the blast fan to change the wind speed to a value that has been changed by the air flow speed changer.   
     
     
         6 . The air-conditioning controller of  claim 5 , wherein
 the consumption energy controller is configured to control the air conditioning system to decrease the consumption energy after changing the wind speed when the comfort index calculated by the comfort index calculator is within the target range stored in the comfort index range recorder.   
     
     
         7 . An air-conditioning controller configured to control an air-conditioning system including an air conditioner having a blast fan circulating air towards an air-conditioning subject zone and a heat source device that supplies a refrigerant for cooling the air to the air conditioner, comprising:
 a measured value obtaining unit for obtaining a temperature measured value or a humidity measured value according to the air-conditioning subject zone;   a comfort index range recorder for storing a target range of a comfort index of a sensation of warmth of human;   an air flow speed changer for changing a wind speed from the blast fan to high when the comfort index calculated by the comfort index calculator is out of the target range stored in the comfort index range recorder, the wind speed corresponding to the airflow speed that is a variable according to the comfort index;   a blast fan controller configured to control the blast fan to change the wind speed to a value that has been changed by the air flow speed changer; and   a consumption energy controller configured to control the air-conditioning system to decrease consumption energy after changing the wind speed.   
     
     
         8 . The air-conditioning controller of  claim 7 , wherein
 the air-conditioning subject zone is a room in a building or a control zone in the room; and   the measured value obtaining unit obtains the temperature measured value or the humidity measured value in the room or the control zone as the air-conditioning subject zone.
