Abstract

The present invention relates to a multifunctional safety helmet. To this end, the multifunctional safety helmet comprises an outer cap and an inner cap inserted into the outer cap, wherein the inner cap includes: a first air passage formed forward and rearward across the upper surface thereof; a cooling fan mounted on the center of the first air passage to blow heat, dissipated from a head, upward in order to transfer the heat toward the first air passage; and an air circulation vent formed on the front side of the first air passage to guide some air toward the forehead.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A multifunctional safety helmet comprising of an outer cap and an inner cap inserted into the outer cap, wherein the inner cap includes a first air passage formed forward and rearward across the upper surface, a cooling fan mounted on the center of the first air passage that transfers the heat dissipated from the head upward up to the first air passage, and an air circulation vent formed in the front of the first air passage that guides some air toward the forehead to circulate it.

2 . A multifunctional safety helmet according to claim 1 , wherein the inner cap further includes multiple secondary air passages formed leftward and rightward across the upper surface, open to the first air passage.

3 . A multifunctional safety helmet according to claim 1 , wherein the number of cooling fans installed on the first air passage can be as many as one or more, and a primary baffle is formed at the boundary of the cooling fan to halve air to guide it forward and rearward respectively through the first air passage.

4 . A multifunctional safety helmet according to claim 1 , wherein the inner cap further includes a circuit board electrically connected to the cooling fan, and the circuit board can further have a voltage controller to control the voltage to control the speed of the cooling fan and a noise filter that can block electromagnetic waves.

5 . A multifunctional safety helmet according to claim 4 , wherein the circuit board further includes a battery cell and a switch electrically connected to control the voltage of the voltage controller.

6 . A multifunctional safety helmet according to claim 1 , wherein the first air passage further can include a secondary baffle placed relatively lower than the height of the first air passage to circulate some air by guiding it to the air circulation vent to exhaust some air toward the front side through the first air passage and to guide some air toward the forehead.
