Abstract
The invention provides a system and method for generating dynamic playlists utilising device co-presence proximity comprising the step of identifying of music preferences by analysing the listening history on a device of a user; and recognising what devices are co-present within a set proximity for the purposes of matching such devices.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An apparatus comprising:
at least one processor; at least one memory including a computer program code, wherein the at least one memory and computer program code are configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to identify a user's music preferences by analysing a listening history on a device of a user.
2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor and the at least one memory are configured to initiate recognition of devices that are co-present within a set proximity for purposes of matching such devices.
3 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor and the at least one memory are further configured to initiate classification of how content across matched devices is to be generated.
4 . The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the at least one processor and the at least one memory are further configured to generate a dynamic playlist based on devices being co-present within a set proximity and using a classification system as desired by a user.
5 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the apparatus is adapted to merge media content utilising co-presence proximity between two or more electronic devices and generating a dynamic playlist for the two or more electronic devices.
6 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a matching process adapts to a best location or communication module for each specific situation.
7 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a matching process is optimized in order to save battery life of any matched mobile devices.
8 . A method performed by an apparatus having at least one processor, and at least one memory including a computer program code, for generating dynamic playlists utilising device co-presence proximity comprising:
identifying a user's music preferences by analysing a listening history on a device of a user; and recognising devices that are co-present within a set proximity for purposes of matching such devices.
9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the at least one processor and the at least one memory are configured to initiate classification of how content across matched devices is to be generated.
10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the at least one processor and the at least one memory are further configured to generate a dynamic playlist based on devices being co-present within a set proximity and using a classification system as desired by a user.
11 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the apparatus is adapted to merge media content utilising co-presence proximity between two or more electronic devices and generating a dynamic playlist for the two or more electronic devices.
12 . The method of claim 8 , wherein a matching process adapts to a best location or communication module for each specific situation.
13 . The method of claim 8 , wherein a matching process is optimized in order to save battery life of any matched mobile devices.
14 . A computer readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon to cause an apparatus having at least one processor, and at least one memory, to carry out a method comprising:
identifying a user's music preferences by analysing a listening history on a device of a user; and recognising devices that are co-present within a set proximity for purposes of matching such devices.
15 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 14 , wherein the at least one processor and the at least one memory are configured to initiate classification of how content across matched devices is to be generated.
16 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the at least one processor and the at least one memory are further configured to generate a dynamic playlist based on devices being co-present within a set proximity and using a classification system as desired by a user.
17 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 14 , wherein the apparatus is adapted to merge media content utilising co-presence proximity between two or more electronic devices and generating a dynamic playlist for the two or more electronic devices.
18 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 14 , wherein a matching process adapts to a best location or communication module for each specific situation.
19 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 14 , wherein a matching process is optimized in order to save battery life of any matched mobile devices.Cited by (0)
