Abstract

Disclosed is a conveyor drive fabric dyeing machine including a seam detector arranged therein to detect, record, display, and output a signal indicating fabric circulation time of the previous cycle of circulation and achieving the following effects: (I) providing control of synchronization and correction of the speeds of a conveyor and the circulation of the fabric; (II) providing control of synchronization and correction of the speeds of a fabric roller and the circulation of the fabric; and (III) providing control of synchronization and correction of the speeds of the fabric and the conveyor and the fabric roller. The conveyor drive fabric dyeing machine uses the functions of the seam detector to achieve monitoring and recording the synchronization between the conveyor and the fabric roller and the circulation speed of the fabric and to conduct control of instantaneous correction in order to maintain smooth operation of the fabric.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A conveyor drive fabric dyeing machine equipped with a seam detector, which comprises a conveyor arranged in a machine body of a fabric dyeing machine and operable at a conveyor speed for conveying fabric from a rear end of the machine body to a front end, a fabric roller that is mounted in the front end to receive the fabric from the conveyor and is operable at a roller speed to feed the fabric into a dyeing tube that guides the fabric to the rear end such that the fabric is allowed to enter the conveyor and be conveyed again by the conveyor so that the fabric is cyclically circulated through the dyeing tube and the machine body, a seam detector being arranged at a suitable location in the fabric dyeing machine to detect passages of a fabric seam through the cyclic circulation of the fabric, wherein circulation time of the fabric is determined by successive passages of the fabric seam through the seam detector, wherein based on the circulation time, a computer or a programmable controller instantaneously controls the conveyor speed and the roller speed so as to have the circulation of the fabric in synchronization with the conveyor speed and the roller speed.
