Device for treating the hair and associated refill

Abstract

The present invention relates to a refill for an appliance for treating the hair, comprising: —a reservoir ( 23 ) containing a haircare product, —an end piece for dispensing the product contained in the reservoir ( 23 ), —at least one component of a flap-valve pump that supplies the dispensing end piece with product contained in the reservoir ( 23 ).

         23 . Refill for an appliance for treating the hair, comprising:
 a reservoir containing a haircare product,   a dispensing end piece for dispensing the product contained in the reservoir,   at least one component of a flap-valve pump that supplies the dispensing end piece with product contained in the reservoir.   
     
     
         24 . Refill according to  claim 23 , which extends along a longitudinal axis, said at least one component being located along said longitudinal axis between the reservoir and the dispensing end piece. 
     
     
         25 . Refill according to  claim 23 , wherein the reservoir extends along a longitudinal axis and the length of the reservoir, measured along the longitudinal axis, is less than or equal to the total length of the refill measured along the same axis. 
     
     
         26 . Refill according to  claim 23 , wherein the dispensing end piece and the reservoir have respective longitudinal axes that are not coincident. 
     
     
         27 . Refill according to  claim 23 , wherein the dispensing end piece and the reservoir have respective longitudinal axes that are parallel. 
     
     
         28 . Refill according to  claim 23 , wherein the capacity of the reservoir is between 2 ml and 20 ml. 
     
     
         29 . Refill according to  claim 23 , wherein the volume of the haircare product delivered on each actuation of the flap-valve pump is between 0.01 ml and 0.5 ml. 
     
     
         30 . Refill according to  claim 23 , wherein the flap-valve pump has a pumping chamber and an elastically deformable diaphragm at least partially delimiting the pumping chamber. 
     
     
         31 . Refill according to  claim 30 , wherein the flap-valve pump is of the airless type. 
     
     
         32 . Refill according to  claim 30 , having an inlet valve disposed upstream of the pumping chamber, the inlet valve opening in the direction of flow from the reservoir to the pumping chamber. 
     
     
         33 . Refill according to  claim 30 , having an outlet valve disposed downstream of the pumping chamber, the outlet valve opening in the direction of flow from the pumping chamber to the dispensing end piece. 
     
     
         34 . Refill according to  claim 23 , wherein the dispensing end piece has at least one dispensing orifice which is made through a wall. 
     
     
         35 . Refill according to  claim 34 , the at least one dispensing orifice is closed at rest and can open under the pressure exerted by the haircare product, the wall being deformable. 
     
     
         36 . Refill according to  claim 35 , the wall being defined by a flexible duct. 
     
     
         37 . Refill according to  claim 34 , wherein the dispensing orifice is formed by at least one slot having edges that are joined at rest. 
     
     
         38 . Refill according to  claim 33 , wherein the dispensing orifice forms the outlet valve. 
     
     
         39 . Refill according to  claim 32 , wherein the flap-valve pump is formed by a single part including the pumping chamber and at least one of the inlet and outlet valves. 
     
     
         40 . Refill according to  claim 23 , wherein the dispensing end piece is pre-filled with the haircare product. 
     
     
         41 . Refill according to  claim 23 , comprising an applicator member that is supplied with product by the dispensing end piece. 
     
     
         42 . Refill according to  claim 41 , the applicator member at least partially covering the dispensing end piece. 
     
     
         43 . Refill according to  claim 41 , the applicator member comprising a porous material and/or a material that is able to release or diffuse the cosmetic product. 
     
     
         44 . Refill according to  claim 23 , comprising a support carrying the dispensing end piece and/or the flap-valve pump and/or the reservoir. 
     
     
         45 . Refill according to  claim 23 , comprising a member for closing the refill when not in use. 
     
     
         46 . Device for treating the hair, comprising:
 at least two arms that are able to move relative to one another between a moved-together configuration for treating the hair and a spaced-apart configuration for inserting hair to be treated between said arms,   a refill according to  claim 23 , the refill being carried by at least one of the arms.   
     
     
         47 . Device according to  claim 46 , wherein the moving together of the arms actuates the flap-valve pump. 
     
     
         48 . Device according to  claim 46 , wherein the arm opposite the one that carries the refill has a relief which, in the moved-together configuration of the arms, actuates the flap-valve pump, said relief projecting to a degree that is adjustable by the user depending on the dose to be dispensed. 
     
     
         49 . Device according to  claim 46 , which is a straightener, each of the two arms comprising a heating element, the heating elements each comprising a plate that defines a hot surface for bringing into contact with the hair.
