Abstract

A stacking cup cap aims to cover a cup body which includes a cup top rim and a cup bottom side. The stacking cup cap includes a closing cap anchored on the cup top rim, a sealing lid connected to the closing cap and remote from the cup top rim and a drinking orifice. The sealing lid includes an indented stacking space to hold another cup body. The cup bottom side of another cup body is formed at a size mating the stacking space. The drinking orifice is located on the sealing lid corresponding to the stacking space to be covered by another cup body. Thus, through the stacking space a plurality of cup bodies can be stacked over one another at greater stability. After stacking the drinking orifice does not form direct communication with the exterior, hence can resolve the problem of dust contamination.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1 . A stacking cup cap to cover a cup body which includes a cup top rim that forms an opening and a cup bottom side remote from the opening, comprising:
a closing cap anchored on the cup top rim; a sealing lid which is connected to the closing cap and remote from the cup top rim and includes a top holding portion formed in a shape corresponding to the cup bottom side, an annular connection portion encircled the top holding portion and connected to the closing cap and a lateral detent wall to bridge the top holding portion and the annular connection portion, the lateral detent wall and the top holding portion jointly forming an indented stacking space; and a drinking orifice located on the top holding portion; wherein the stacking space is allowed to hold another cup body, the cup bottom side of the another cup body being formed at a size corresponding to the stacking space, and the drinking orifice being covered by the another cup body.

2 . The stacking cup cap of claim 1 , wherein the annular connection portion includes an upper annular connection wall connected to the lateral detent wall and a lateral annular connection wall connected to the closing cap and the upper annular connection wall, the upper annular connection wall being spaced from the cup body at a distance greater than the top holding portion to form an elevation difference with the top holding portion, the lateral detent wall and the top holding portion jointly forming the stacking space.

3 . The stacking cup cap of claim 2 , wherein the upper annular connection wall and the top holding portion are spaced from each other at a distance smaller than 5 mm.

4 . The stacking cup cap of claim 1 , wherein the annular connection portion includes a drinking aid recess corresponding to the drinking orifice.

5 . The stacking cup cap of claim 1 further including a butting member located on the top holding portion, the top holding portion including a punch section encircled the butting member and a connection section, the butting member including an initial position and a drinking port position in which the punch section is severed under pressure and bent toward the connection section to form the drinking orifice.

6 . The stacking cup cap of claim 5 , wherein the punch section is located at a location where the butting member is abutting the center of the sealing lid.

7 . The stacking cup cap of claim 5 , wherein the top holding portion further includes a latch trough at one side of the connection section remote from the butting member to be latched by the butting member at the drinking port position.

8 . The stacking cup cap of claim 1 , wherein the top holding portion is formed in circular to mate the shape of the cup bottom side.
