Abstract

The present invention is a reusable/disposable low cost spill-proof bubble solution kit that eliminates the need for conventional bubble solution and accidental spillage of bubble solution and may be provided in a compact form for use by several users separately and simultaneously. The kit has a plurality of nested container upper portions, a plurality of nested container lower portions, a plurality of bubble wands, and a plurality of bubble creation composition concentrate units contained preferably within a single package. The kit is adapted such that a single compact kit provides components such that multiple containers may be assembled with each container preferably having a bubble wand and at least one bubble creation composition concentrate unit so that each container may be filled with a bubble solution created from a mixture of water and the bubble creation composition concentrate unit to a predetermined amount.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

. A kit comprising at least one container and at least one BCCC, wherein said container includes an open opening and is adapted such that when said container contains a liquid, at least a portion of said liquid is prevented from running out of said container regardless of the orientation of said container.

. The kit of claim 1 , wherein said BCCC defines at least one of a BCCC encapsulated within a liquid soluble capsule and a BCCC in dissolvable pellet form.

. The kit of claim 1 , wherein said BCCC defines a non-liquid BCCC.

. The kit of claim 1 , wherein said kit includes a plurality of BCCCs.

. The kit of claim 1 , wherein said container includes an open funnel extending from said open opening to within an inner cavity of said container.

. The kit of claim 1 , wherein said container has a first container portion and a second container portion, and wherein a first instance of at least one of said first container portion and a second container portion is nestable within a second instance of at least one of said first container portion and a second container portion, and wherein said first container portion is sealingly attachable and detachable to said second container portion, and wherein said container portions comprise formed plastic sheet of a substantially uniform thickness of no more than 0.030 inches.

. The kit of claim 1 , wherein said container includes a bubble creation device removably contained at least partially within said container.

. A kit comprising at least one BCCC defining at least one of a BCCC encapsulated within a liquid soluble capsule and a BCCC in dissolvable pellet form.

. The kit of claim 8 , wherein said BCCC defines a non-liquid BCCC.

. The kit of claim 8 , wherein said kit includes a plurality of BCCCs.

. The kit of claim 8 , wherein said kit includes at least one container having an open opening and adapted such that when said container contains a liquid, at least a portion of said liquid is prevented from running out of said container regardless of the orientation of said container.

. The kit of claim 11 , wherein said container includes an open funnel extending from said open opening to within an inner cavity of said container.

. The kit of claim 11 , wherein said container has a first container portion and a second container portion, and wherein a first instance of at least one of said first container portion and a second container portion is nestable within a second instance of at least one of said first container portion and a second container portion, and wherein said first container portion is sealingly attachable and detachable to said second container portion, and wherein said container portions comprise formed plastic sheet of a substantially uniform thickness of no more than 0.030 inches.

. The kit of claim 8 , wherein said kit includes at least one bubble creation device.

. A kit comprising at least one container, at least one BCCC, and at least one bubble creation device, wherein said container includes an open opening and an open funnel extending from said open opening to within an inner cavity of said container, and wherein said at least one bubble creation device and said open funnel are adapted such that said at least one bubble creation device may be passed at least partially through said open funnel to access contents of said inner cavity, and wherein said container is adapted such that when said container contains a liquid, at least a portion of said liquid is prevented from running out of said container regardless of the orientation of said container.

. The kit of claim 15 , wherein said BCCC defines at least one of a BCCC encapsulated within a liquid soluble capsule and a BCCC in dissolvable pellet form.

. The kit of claim 15 , wherein said BCCC defines a non-liquid BCCC.

. The kit of claim 15 , wherein said kit includes a plurality of containers, a plurality of bubble creation devices, and a plurality of BCCCs.

. The kit of claim 15 , wherein at least one bubble creation device defines a bubble wand having at least one bubble creation orifice.

. The kit of claim 15 , wherein said container has a first container portion and a second container portion, and wherein a first instance of at least one of said first container portion and a second container portion is nestable within a second instance of at least one of said first container portion and a second container portion, and wherein said first container portion is sealingly attachable and detachable to said second container portion, and wherein said container portions comprise formed plastic sheet of a substantially uniform thickness of no more than 0.030 inches.
