Outrigger and dozer control using gui

Abstract

The present invention provides an outrigger and dozer control device of a construction machine which includes one or more outriggers and one or more dozers, the device comprising: an actuator which drives outriggers or dozers of a vehicle; a first key input means which can select one of an outrigger set and a dozer set; a second key input means which can specifically select an outrigger or a dozer; a screen display unit which displays a selected outrigger or dozer while a specific outrigger or a dozer is being selected by the first key input means and the second key input means; and a control unit which receives a selection of an outrigger and a dozer from the first key input means and the second input means and controls an actuator of each selected outrigger and each selected dozer. The present invention simplifies the equipment operation environment for a worker and makes the equipment operation more convenient and easier.

1 . An outrigger and dozer blade control device for a construction machine, the control device comprising:
 actuators actuating a set of outriggers and a set of dozer blades of a construction machine;   a first key input unit for selecting at least one of the set of outriggers and the set of dozer blades to allow the at least one of the set of outriggers and the set of dozer blades to be set;   a second key input unit for specifically selecting at least one outrigger when the set of outriggers is selected by the first key input unit, and specifically selecting at least one dozer blade when the set of dozer blades is selected by the first key input unit;   a screen display unit displaying the selected at least one outrigger and/or the selected at least one dozer blade while the at least one outrigger and/or the at least one dozer blade is being selected by the first key input unit and the second key input unit; and   a control unit receiving data regarding a selection of the at least one outrigger and/or the at least one dozer blade from the first key input unit and the second key input unit and controls the at least one actuator of the at least one outrigger and/or the at least one dozer blade.   
     
     
         2 . The outrigger and dozer blade control device of  claim 1 , wherein the screen display unit displays the selected at least one outrigger and/or the selected at least one dozer blade using a graphical user interface (GUI). 
     
     
         3 . The outrigger and dozer blade control device of  claim 1 , wherein user edit mode is activated when pressing and holding the first key input unit, the user edit mode allowing a combination of at least one outrigger and/or at least one dozer blade to be frequently used to be registered. 
     
     
         4 . The outrigger and dozer blade control device of  claim 1 , wherein the set of outriggers comprises a front right outrigger, a front left outrigger, a rear right outrigger, and a rear left outrigger of the construction machine. 
     
     
         5 . The outrigger and dozer blade control device of  claim 1 , wherein the set of dozer blades comprises a front dozer blade and a rear dozer blade of the construction machine.
