Abstract
A shoe insole which is adapted to be worn by a user includes a fiber pad. The fiber pad has a first portion that corresponds in position to a forefoot of a user and that includes a plurality of fiber layers stacked in a top-bottom direction. Each of the fiber layers includes a plurality of fibers and a resin material interconnecting the fibers. The first portion of the fiber pad has a first longitudinal cross-section profile concave relative to the forefoot of the user in a toe-to-heel direction. A slipper including the shoe insole is also disclosed.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A shoe insole comprising:
a fiber pad having a first portion that corresponds in position to a forefoot of a user and that includes a plurality of fiber layers stacked in a top-bottom direction, each of said fiber layers including a plurality of fibers and a resin material interconnecting said fibers, said first portion of said fiber pad having a first longitudinal cross-section profile concave relative to the forefoot of the user in a toe-to-heel direction.
2 . The shoe insole according to claim 1 , wherein said first portion of said fiber pad has a first transverse cross-section profile concave relative to the forefoot of the user in a transverse direction transverse to the toe-to-heel direction.
3 . The shoe insole according to claim 2 , wherein said fiber pad further has a second portion that corresponds in position to a midfoot of the user and that has a second longitudinal cross-section profile convex toward the midfoot of the user in the toe-to-heel direction.
4 . The shoe insole according to claim 3 , wherein said second portion of said fiber pad has a second transverse cross-section profile convex toward the midfoot of the user in the transverse direction.
5 . The shoe insole according to claim 4 , wherein said fiber pad further has first and second lateral edges opposite in the toe-to-heel direction, said first lateral edge having a portion recessed toward said second lateral edge, said second portion being located adjacent to said portion of said first lateral edge.
6 . The shoe insole according to claim 5 , further comprising an elastomer body at least partially encapsulating said fiber pad.
7 . The shoe insole according to claim 6 , wherein said fiber pad further has an exposed zone that is exposed from said elastomer body.
8 . The shoe insole according to claim 7 , wherein said exposed zone of said fiber pad is located at a bottom surface of said fiber pad.
9 . The shoe insole according to claim 6 , wherein said fiber pad is formed with a plurality of through holes in the top-bottom direction.
10 . The shoe insole according to claim 9 , wherein said elastomer body is formed with a plurality of perforation holes respectively in spatial communication with said through holes of said fiber pad.
11 . The shoe insole according to claim 1 , further comprising a protruding block attached to a top surface of said first portion of said fiber pad.
12 . The shoe insole according to claim 1 , wherein said first portion of said fiber pad further has two opposite lateral recesses recessed respectively from said first and second lateral edges of said fiber pad.
13 . The shoe insole according to claim 4 , wherein said fiber pad further has a third portion extending from said second portion opposite to said first portion for supporting a rearfoot of the user.
14 . The shoe insole according to claim 13 , wherein said third portion of said fiber pad has two lateral supporting segments that are spaced apart from each other, that extend from said second portion of said fiber pad, and that cooperatively define a recess therebetween, said recess corresponding in position to a heel of the rearfoot.
15 . A slipper comprising:
an upper part for at least covering a forefoot of a user; and a shoe insole connected to said upper part and having a fiber pad having a first portion that corresponds in position to the forefoot of the user and that includes a plurality of fiber layers stacked in a top-bottom direction, each of said fiber layers including a plurality of fibers and a resin material interconnecting said fibers, said first portion of said fiber pad having a first longitudinal cross-section profile concave toward the forefoot of the user in a toe-to-heel direction.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
