Abstract
Compositions containing Tr1 cells directed to a multiple sclerosis associated antigen and methods for treating multiple sclerosis are presented.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one Tr1 cell population directed against a multiple sclerosis-associated antigen in combination with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
2 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein said Tr1 cell population is a Tr1 clone population.

The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein said multiple sclerosis-associated antigen is selected from the group consisting of myelin basic protein, myelin associated glycoprotein, myelin oligodendrocyte protein, proteolipid protein, oligodendrocyte myelin oligoprotein, myelin associated oligodendrocyte basic protein, oligodendrocyte specific protein, heat shock proteins, oligodendrocyte specific proteins, NOGO A, glycoprotein Po, peripheral myelin protein 22, 2′3′-cyclic nucleotide 3′-phosphodiesterase, and fragments, variants and mixtures thereof.

The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein said multiple sclerosis-associated antigen is selected from the group consisting of myelin basic protein (MBP), myelin associated glycoprotein (MAG), proteolipid protein (PLP), myelin oligodendrocyte protein (MOG) peptides, and fragments, variants and mixtures thereof.

The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein said multiple sclerosis-associated antigen is selected from the group consisting of myelin basic protein (MBP), proteolipid protein (PLP) and myelin oligodendrocyte protein (MOG) peptides, and fragments, variants and mixtures thereof.
6 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein said multiple sclerosis-associated antigen is selected from the group consisting of peptides MBP 82-98, MBP 83-99, MBP 151-170, MBP 111-129, and MBP 116-123.
7 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein said multiple sclerosis-associated antigen is selected from the group consisting of peptides MOG 35-55, MOG 21-40, MOG 41-60, MOG 71-90, MOG 81-100, MOG 111-130, MOG 63-37, MOG 97-108, and MOG 181-200.
8 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein said pharmaceutical composition is frozen.
9 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein said pharmaceutical composition further comprises one or more therapeutic agent that may be used for treating multiple sclerosis.

The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein said pharmaceutical composition further comprises one or more therapeutic agent selected from the group consisting of interferon-beta, glatiramer acetate, mitoxantrone, cyclophosphamide, methotrexate, aziathropine, and natalizumab.Cited by (0)
