A cell culture medium comprising a cell-depleted Wharton's Jelly filtrate, wherein the filtrate is prepared by a method comprising mincing umbilical cord tissue comprising Wharton's Jelly, subsequently diluting the umbilical cord tissue, subsequently filtering the umbilical cord tissue to generate a filtrate, and sedimenting Wharton's Jelly stem cells from the filtrate.
