Abstract

A method, software, database and system for determining optimal career choices, psychological profiles (i.e., mental health profiles) and genetic based predispositions of an individual are presented in which an attribute profile of the individual containing genetic and non-genetic attributes is compared against a database containing combinations of genetic and non-genetic attributes that are statistically associated with career, psychological and other genetically influenced attributes derived from other individuals.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A computer based method for the determination of the predisposition of a user to a deleterious mental health condition based on the identification of patterns comprising a plurality of genetic attributes in combination with at least one situational attribute and at least one behavioral attribute comprising:
 a) receiving a mental health query associated with the user; b) accessing a set of indicative patterns comprising the plurality of genetic attributes in combination with at least one situational attribute and at least one behavioral attribute wherein the set of indicative patterns is determined through correlation of the genetic, situational, and behavioral attributes of individuals in a population with the corresponding mental health states of those individuals, and wherein the set of patterns are indicative of combinations of the plurality of genetic attributes which in association with the at least one situational and the at least one behavioral attribute result in predisposition of the user to the deleterious mental health condition; c) accessing a previously stored dataset of genetic, situational, and behavioral attributes of the user; and d) correlating the set of patterns comprising the plurality of genetic attributes in combination with at least one situational attribute and at least one behavioral attribute with the previously stored dataset of genetic and behavioral attributes of the user to determine the susceptibility of the user to the deleterious mental health condition based on the presence of the plurality of genetic attributes in combination with at least one situational attribute and at least one behavioral attribute.

         2 . The computer based method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one behavioral attribute contains at least one modifiable behavioral attribute.

         3 . The computer based method of claim 1 wherein the at least one behavioral attribute contains a plurality of modifiable behavioral attributes.

         4 . The computer based method of claim 3 wherein the plurality of modifiable behavioral attributes is ranked according to correlation with predisposition to the deleterious mental health condition.

         5 . A database system for the determination of the predisposition of a user to a deleterious mental health condition based on the identification of patterns comprising a plurality of genetic attributes in combination with at least one situational attribute and at least one behavioral attribute comprising:
 e) a first memory comprising a set of indicative patterns comprising the plurality of genetic attributes in combination with at least one situational attribute and at least one behavioral attribute wherein the set of indicative patterns is determined through correlation of the genetic, situational, and behavioral attributes of individuals in a population with the corresponding mental health states of those individuals, and wherein the set of patterns are indicative of combinations of the plurality of genetic attributes which in association with the at least one situational and the at least one behavioral attribute result in predisposition of the user to the deleterious mental health condition; f) a second memory containing a data structure comprising a previously stored dataset of genetic, situational, and behavioral attributes of the user; g) a processor for:
 i. receiving a mental health query associated with the user;
 ii. accessing the set of indicative patterns;
 iii. correlating the set of patterns comprising the plurality of genetic attributes in combination with at least one situational attribute and at least one behavioral attribute with the previously stored dataset of genetic and behavioral attributes of the user to determine the susceptibility of the user to the deleterious mental health condition based on the presence of the plurality of genetic attributes in combination with at least one situational attribute and at least one behavioral attribute.

         6 . The database system of claim 5 , wherein the at least one behavioral attribute contains at least one modifiable behavioral attribute.

         7 . The database system of claim 5 wherein the at least one behavioral attribute contains a plurality of modifiable behavioral attributes.

         8 . The database system of claim 7 wherein the plurality of modifiable behavioral attributes is ranked according to correlation with predisposition to the deleterious mental health condition.
