Abstract

The present invention is designed so that, when a user terminal connects with a plurality of radio base stations, the decrease of uplink throughput is reduced. A user terminal according to an example of the present invention provides a user terminal ( 20 ) that connects with a plurality of radio base stations ( 10 ) including a first radio base station and a second radio base station, and this user terminal has a transmission section ( 203 ) that transmits uplink signals to each radio base station, a receiving section ( 203 ) that receives terminal-specific information with respect to the first radio base station, related to the maximum transmission power of the uplink signals, and a maximum transmission power setting section ( 406 ) that sets the maximum transmission power for the first radio base station based on the terminal-specific information with respect to the first radio base station.

Claims

2 . The user terminal according to claim 1 , wherein:
the receiving section receives terminal-specific information with respect to each of the plurality of radio base stations, related to the maximum transmission power of the uplink signals; and the maximum transmission power setting section sets the maximum transmission power for each of the plurality of radio base stations based on the terminal-specific information of each of the plurality of radio base stations.

3 . The user terminal according to claim 2 , wherein the terminal-specific information with respect to a radio base station is determined so that a sum of all maximum transmission power indicated by the terminal-specific information of each radio base station is equal to or less than the maximum transmission power of the user terminals.

4 . The user terminal according to claim 1 , wherein:
the terminal-specific information with respect to a radio base station is the maximum transmission power per serving cell formed by the radio base station; and the maximum transmission power setting section sets the maximum transmission power per serving cell out of the maximum transmission power of the uplink signals.

5 . The user terminal according to claim 1 to, wherein:
the terminal-specific information with respect to the radio base station is the maximum transmission power per radio base station; and
the maximum transmission power setting section sets the maximum transmission power per radio base station out of the maximum transmission power of the uplink signals.

6 . The user terminal according to claim 1 , wherein the maximum transmission power setting section calculates an upper limit and a lower limit of the maximum transmission power for the first radio base station based on the teiminal-specific information with respect to the first radio base station, and sets the maximum transmission power within a range between the upper limit and the lower limit.

7 . The user terminal according to claim 6 , wherein the maximum transmission power setting section calculates an upper limit of the maximum transmission power for the second radio base station based on the maximum transmission power for the first radio base station, and sets the maximum transmission power for the second radio base station to be equal to or less than the upper limit.

8 . A radio base station among a plurality of radio base stations with which a user terminal connects, the radio base station comprising:
a transmission section that transmits terminal-specific information related to maximum transmission power of uplink signals; and a receiving section that receives uplink signals, the maximum transmission power of which is set based on the terminal-specific information.

9 . A radio communication method for a user terminal that connects with a plurality of radio base stations including a first radio base station and a second radio base station, the radio communication method comprising the steps of:
transmitting uplink signals to each radio base station; receiving terminal-specific information with respect to the first radio base station, related to maximum transmission power of the uplink signals; and setting the maximum transmission power for the first radio base station based on the terminal-specific information with respect to the first radio base station.

         10 . (canceled)
