Abstract
Embodiments of the invention provide a system for generating an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) database, the system comprising a processor and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory comprising a list of telephone numbers associated with one or more destinations implementing IVR menus, wherein the one or more destinations are grouped based on a plurality of categories of the IVR menus. Further the memory includes instructions executable by said processor for automatically communicating with the one of more destinations, and receiving at least one customization record from said at least one destination to store in the IVR database.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A system for enhancing interaction with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) destination, the system comprising:
a processor; and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory comprising:
an IVR database comprising a list of telephone numbers associated with one or more destinations implementing IVR;
instructions executable by the processor for communicating with at least one IVR destination; and
instructions executable by the processor to store at least one personal record in said IVR database in association to said at least one IVR destination.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein said database comprises at least one icon code associated with said at least one of said telephone numbers.
3 . A system according to claim 1 , wherein at least one telephone number in said database is associated with location address.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein said personal record comprises one of the following: name, identity code, password, customer number, account number, phone number, credit card number, Credit Card expiry date, or calling pattern.
5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein at least one telephone number in said database is associated with two IVR menus, each for a different time period of calling.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein a code related to a business domain of at least one of said destinations, is associated with a at least one of said telephone numbers.
7 . A system for enhancing interaction with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) destination, the system comprising:
a processor; and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory comprising:
an IVR database comprising a list of telephone numbers associated with one or more destinations implementing IVR;
instructions executable by the processor for communicating with at least one IVR destination; and
instructions executable by the processor to store at least two menu options provided by said IVR destination, in said IVR database in association to said at least one IVR destination.
8 . A system according to claim 7 , wherein at least one telephone number in said database is associated with location address.
9 . A system according to claim 7 , wherein said database comprises at least one icon code associated with said at least one of said telephone numbers.
10 . A system according to claim 7 , further comprising translation of at least one item in said IVR menu from one language to another language.
11 . A system according to claim 7 , wherein said database comprise at least one standard menu related to at least one business category.
12 . A system according to claim 7 , farther comprising instructions executable by the processor to store at least one user choice in respect to said IVR destination, in said IVR database in association to said at least one IVR destination.
13 . A system according to claim 7 , farther comprising instructions executable by the processor to store at least one personal record in respect to said IVR destination, in said IVR database in association to said at least one IVR destination.
14 . A system for enhancing interaction with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) destination, the system comprising:
a processor; and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory comprising:
an IVR database comprising a list of telephone numbers associated with one or more destinations implementing IVR;
instructions executable by the processor for communicating with at least one IVR destination; and
instructions executable by the processor to store at least one user choice in respect to said IVR destination, in said IVR database in association to said at least one IVR destination.
15 . A system according to claim 14 , wherein at least one telephone number in said database is associated with two IVR menus, each for a different time period of calling.
16 . A system according to claim 14 , farther comprising instructions executable by the processor to store at least one personal record in respect to said IVR destination, in said IVR database in association to said at least one IVR destination.
17 . A system according to claim 14 , wherein said database is organized by IVR's telephone number and business category.
18 . A system according to claim 14 wherein said database comprises at least one icon code associated with said at least one of said telephone numbers.
19 . A system according to claim 14 further comprising translation of at least one item in said IVR menu from one language to another language.
20 . A system according to claim 14 , farther comprising instructions executable by the processor to store at least two menu options provided by said IVR destination, in said IVR database in association to said at least one IVR destination.Cited by (0)
