Abstract

A metal powder for additive manufacturing includes: not less than 0.2 mass % and not more than 1.3 mass % of aluminum; and a balance including copper and an incidental impurity.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A metal powder for additive manufacturing, the metal powder comprising:
not less than 0.2 mass % and not more than 1.3 mass % of aluminum; and a balance including copper and an incidental impurity.

2 . A method of producing an additively-manufactured article, the method comprising:
a first step of forming a powder layer including a metal powder as recited in claim 1 ; and a second step of forming a shaped layer by solidifying the metal powder at a predetermined position in the powder layer, the first step and the second step being successively repeated to stack the shaped layers and produce an additively-manufactured article.

3 . The method of producing an additively-manufactured article according to claim 2 , further comprising a heat treatment step of heat-treating the additively-manufactured article.

4 . An additively-manufactured article made from a copper alloy,
 the copper alloy comprising:
not less than 0.2 mass % and not more than 1.3 mass % of aluminum; and
a balance including copper and an incidental impurity,
the additively-manufactured article having a relative density of not less than 96% and not more than 100% with respect to a theoretical density of the copper alloy, and the additively-manufactured article having an electrical conductivity of not less than 30% IACS.

         5 . The additively-manufactured article according to claim 4 , wherein
the electrical conductivity is not less than 50% IACS.
