Abstract

Provided herein are methods, devices and systems comprising an anchor post that has a shaft, at least one stabilising element attached to the anchor post configured to resist movement of the anchor post, and at least one alignment element.

         21 . An anchor post comprising:
 (a) a first length of tubing having a lower region comprising helical flights configured for ground penetration;   (b) a second length of tubing, wherein said first length and second length of tubing are arranged in a telescopic relationship; and   (c) at least one alignment element that is configured to connect to at least one load post without inserting a substantial portion of the at least one load post into the anchor post.   
     
     
         22 . The anchor post of  claim 21 , wherein the second length of tubing is substantially above ground following installation of the anchor post. 
     
     
         23 . The anchor post of  claim 21 , wherein the at least one alignment element is convex or concave. 
     
     
         24 . The anchor post of  claim 23 , wherein the at least one convex or concave alignment element is configured to connect to a second convex or concave alignment element attached to the at least one load post without inserting a substantial portion of the at least one load post into the anchor post. 
     
     
         25 . The anchor post of  claim 21 , wherein the at least one alignment element is convex. 
     
     
         26 . The anchor post of  claim 21 , wherein the at least one alignment element is concave. 
     
     
         27 . The anchor post of  claim 21 , wherein the at least one alignment element comprises a hole, slot or aperture. 
     
     
         28 . The anchor post of  claim 21 , wherein the at least one alignment element is an adjustable joint, or optionally a hemispherical ball joint.

The anchor post of  claim 21 , wherein the anchor post comprises a versatile material that comprises steel, recycled steel, stainless steel, cast iron, graphite iron, glass reinforced fiber, extruded resin plastics, pulltruded plastic, molded plastic, or any combination thereof. 
     
     
         30 . The anchor post  claim 21 , wherein the anchor post does not contain an internal socket for insertion of the at least one load post. 
     
     
         31 . The anchor post of  claim 21 , wherein the at least one alignment element is configured to ensure the at least one load post and the anchor post form between about a 175 degree angle and about a 180 degree angle relative to each other. 
     
     
         32 . An anchor post comprising:
 (a) a screw pile having a lower region comprising helical flights for enabling ground penetration; and   (b) a concave or convex alignment element that is configured to connect to at least one load post without inserting a substantial portion of the at least one load post into the anchor post.   
     
     
         33 . The anchor post of  claim 32 , wherein the at least one load post comprises a concave or convex alignment element configured to adjustably connect to the convex or concave alignment element of the anchor post. 
     
     
         34 . The anchor post of  claim 32 , wherein the convex or concave alignment element comprises at least one hole, slot, or aperture. 
     
     
         35 . The anchor post of  claim 32 , wherein the at least one alignment element is convex. 
     
     
         36 . The anchor post of  claim 32 , wherein the at least one alignment element is concave. 
     
     
         37 . The anchor post of  claim 32 , wherein the at least one convex or concave alignment element is configured to connect to a second convex or concave alignment element attached to the at least one load post without inserting a substantial portion of the at least one load post into the anchor post. 
     
     
         38 . The anchor post of  claim 32 , wherein the at least one alignment element comprises a hole, slot or aperture. 
     
     
         39 . The anchor post of  claim 32 , wherein the at least one alignment element is an adjustable joint, or optionally a hemispherical ball joint. 
     
     
         40 . The anchor post of  claim 32 , wherein the anchor post does not contain an internal socket for insertion of the at least one load post.
