Abstract
A COA substrate is provided. The COA substrate includes a substrate, a metal layer, a thin-film transistor, a color filter, a transparency electrode, and a spacer. The color filter herein has a plurality of through holes disposed thereon. The spacer is disposed in a corresponding region of the through hole of the color filter. The present invention can better avoid the vacuum bubbles arising in the liquid crystal layer by disposing the spacer in the region of the through hole, thereby enhancing the image display quality of the liquid crystal display panel.
