Abstract

A supporting frame, which is configured for a shelving apparatus including a plurality of vertical posts, includes a net shelf and a plurality of shelf supporting beams for supporting the net shelf. Each shelf supporting beam includes a beam member and two post lockers provided at two ends of the beam member respectively. Each post locker includes an extension wall biasing against a side surface of the vertical post, a locker wall biasing against the inner attachment surface of the vertical post, and a locking element provided at the locker wall to selectively engage with one of attachment slots of the vertical post so as to detachably couple the shelf supporting beam between the vertical posts at a position that the beam member is extended between the side surfaces of the vertical posts.

24 : A supporting frame for a shelving apparatus which comprises a plurality of vertical posts each having a plurality of attachment slots formed and lined up at an inner attachment surface of said vertical post in a column manner, wherein said supporting frame is arranged for being supported horizontally by the vertical posts and comprises:
a net shelf; and a plurality of shelf supporting beams supporting said respective net shelf, wherein each of said shelf supporting beams comprises a beam member and two post lockers provided at two ends of said beam member for detachably coupling at two of the vertical posts respectively, wherein each of said post lockers comprises an extension wall perpendicularly extended from said beam member—for biasing against a side surface of the vertical post, an attachment wall overlappedly attached to said beam member and extended from said extension wall towards a direction, a locker wall perpendicularly extended from said extension wall towards an opposite direction for biasing against said inner attachment surface of the vertical post, and at least a locking element provided at said locker wall to selectively engage with at least one of the attachment slots so as to detachably couple said shelf supporting beam between the vertical posts at a position that said beam member is extended between the side surfaces of the vertical posts, wherein each of said beam members comprises a vertical beam wall overlappedly attached with said attachment wall, a top beam wall integrally and horizontally extended from a top edge of said vertical beam wall, and a recessed beam flange integrally extended from said top beam wall to define a platform supporting surface to support said net shelf thereon, wherein each of said post lockers further has a locker tail extended from said extension wall to fittingly fill a space underneath said top beam wall for strengthening said top beam wall.

25 : The supporting frame, as recited in claim 24 , wherein each of said beam members further comprises a reinforcing wall integrally extended and inwardly folded on said vertical beam wall at a bottom edge thereof to bias against said post locker.

26 : The supporting frame, as recited in claim 25 , wherein each of said beam members further comprises at least one longitudinal reinforcing rib integrally bent at a middle portion of said vertical beam wall to reinforce the structure of said vertical beam wall.

27 : The supporting frame, as recited in claim 26 , wherein each of said post lockers further comprises a retention wall perpendicularly extended from said locker wall for slidably inserting into a retention slot indented on the inner attachment surface of the vertical post when said locking element is engaged with at the attachment slot.

28 : The supporting frame, as recited in claim 27 , further comprising a plurality of reinforcing members, wherein each of said beam members has at least a coupling panel formed at an inner side thereof and having a longitudinal slot such that two ends of each of said reinforcing members are detachably engaged with said longitudinal slots of two of said coupling panel to reinforce said beam members and to retain a fixed distance therebetween.

29 : The supporting frame, as recited in claim 28 , wherein each of said reinforcing members has a L-shaped reinforcing panel and two coupling latches integrally extended from two ends of said reinforcing panel respectively and opposedly extended with each other to slidably engage with said longitudinal slots of two of said beam members respectively.

30 : The supporting frame, as recited in claim 29 , wherein said net shelf, which has a surrounding frame and a base frame located at different horizontal levels of said surrounding frame, is reversibly supported by said shelf supporting beams at a first position and a reversibly second position, wherein at said first position, said base frame is supported by said shelf supporting beams at a position that said surrounding frame is located above said base frame to form an obstruction wall of said net shelf, and at said second position, said base frame is supported by said shelf supporting beams at a position that said surrounding frame is located below said base frame to form a boundary-less frame structure.
