Abstract
Packet of smoke articles, including: a container, which has a parallelepiped shape and has a front wall, a rear wall, a bottom wall and two lateral walls; a parallelepiped-shape inner wrapper that wraps a group of smoke articles, which is housed inside the container and has a front wall, a rear wall, a top wall, a bottom wall and two lateral walls; and a separating element, which is arranged inside the inner wrapper and divides the inner volume of the inner wrapper so to as to form several partitions of the group of smoke articles.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 19 . (cancelled)
20 . A packet of smoke articles, comprising:
a container, which has a parallelepiped shape and has a front wall, a rear wall, a bottom wall and two lateral walls; a parallelepiped-shape inner wrapper that wraps a group of smoke articles, which is housed inside the container and has a front wall, a rear wall, a top wall, a bottom wall and two lateral walls; and a separating element, which is arranged inside the inner wrapper and divides the inner volume of the inner wrapper so as to form several partitions of the group of smoke articles; wherein the separating element comprises a separating wall that separates the inner volume of the inner wrapper into two chambers each containing a respective partition of the group of smoke articles; wherein the separating wall comprises a longitudinal edge resting on and fixed to the front wall, or to the rear wall, of the inner wrapper.
21 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 20 , wherein the separating element is made as a single body.
22 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 20 , wherein the separating element is fixed to an internal surface of the inner wrapper.
23 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 20 , wherein the separating wall extends parallel to a longitudinal axis of the packet and is arranged transversely, in particular perpendicularly, with respect to the front wall and rear wall of the inner wrapper.
24 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 20 , wherein the separating wall extends substantially over the entire distance that separates the rear wall and the front wall of the inner wrapper.
25 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 20 , wherein the separating element comprises a fixing wall connected to the separating wall, which fixing wall rests on and is glued to the front wall, or to the rear wall, of the inner wrapper.
26 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 20 , wherein the separating element comprises two fixing walls that are arranged at opposite ends of the separating wall and rest, respectively, on the front wall and on the wall of the inner wrapper, wherein a fixing wall is glued to the front wall of the inner wrapper and/or the other fixing wall is glued to the rear wall of the inner wrapper.
27 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 20 , wherein the separating wall comprises a first panel and a second panel connected to and facing one another, and the separating element comprises two fixing walls connected respectively to the first panel and to the second panel, which both rest on the front wall, or on the rear wall, of the inner wrapper, wherein at least one fixing wall is glued to the front wall, or, respectively, to the rear wall, of the inner wrapper.
28 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 20 , wherein the separating wall comprises a first panel, a second panel and a third panel which are connected together, the third panel being interposed between the first panel and the second panel, wherein the first panel and the third panel face one another and the second panel is arranged transversely to the third panel, and wherein the separating element comprises two fixing walls connected respectively to the first panel and to the second panel, which both rest on the front wall, or on the rear wall, of the inner wrapper, wherein at least one fixing wall is glued to the front wall, or, respectively, to the rear wall, of the inner wrapper.
29 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 20 , wherein the separating element comprises two separating walls that separate the inner volume of the inner wrapper into three chambers each containing a respective partition of the group of smoke articles.
30 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 29 , wherein the separating walls extend parallel to a longitudinal axis of the packet and are arranged transversely, in particular perpendicularly, with respect to the front wall and rear wall of the inner wrapper.
31 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 29 , wherein the separating walls extend substantially over the entire distance that separates the rear wall and the front wall of the inner wrapper.
32 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 29 , wherein the separating element comprises three fixing walls, one fixing wall being connected to a first separating wall, another fixing wall being interposed between and connecting the separating walls, and the last fixing wall being connected to a second separating wall, wherein the fixing wall interposed between and connecting the separating walls rests on and is glued to the front wall, or to the rear wall, of the inner wrapper, and the other fixing walls rest on and are glued to the rear wall, or, respectively, to the front wall, of the inner wrapper.
33 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 29 , wherein the two separating walls each comprise a first panel and a second panel connected to and facing one another, and the separating element comprises three fixing walls, one fixing wall being connected to the first panel of a separating wall, another fixing wall being interposed between and connecting a second panel of a separating wall with a first panel of the other separating wall, and the last fixing wall being connected to the second panel of the other separating wall, wherein the fixing walls rest on the front wall, or to the rear wall, of the inner wrapper, and wherein at least one of the fixing walls is glued to the front wall, or, respectively on the rear wall, of the inner wrapper.
34 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 26 , wherein the separating element comprises two lateral walls each resting on a respective lateral wall of the inner wrapper and connected to a respective fixing wall, wherein at least one of the lateral walls of the separating element is glued to the respective lateral wall of the inner wrapper.
35 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 20 , wherein the separating element comprises one or more projecting elements arranged for interacting with one or more smoke articles and projecting inside the inner wrapper so as to vary the available inner volume of the inner wrapper according to the cross section of the smoke articles to be wrapped.
36 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 25 , wherein the separating wall/s of the separating element has/have a longitudinal dimension that is less than or the same as the longitudinal dimension of the fixing wall/s of the separating element.
37 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 20 , and comprising:
a lid to close an open top end of the container; a hinge for connecting the lid to the container; and an inner frame, which is arranged inside the container for projecting partially outside the open top end and comprises a front wall, which is arranged in contact with the front wall of the container, and two lateral walls, which are arranged on opposite sides of the front wall and are arranged in contact with the lateral walls of the container.
38 . The packet of smoke articles according to claim 37 , wherein the distance between a top edge of the separating wall/s of the separating element and the bottom wall of the container is less than the distance between a top edge of the front wall of the inner frame and the bottom wall of the container.Cited by (0)
