Seal mechanism and rotating machine
Abstract
A seal mechanism ( 20 A) is disposed on an outer circumferential side of a rotor ( 2 ) extending along an axis (O) to perform sealing between the seal mechanism and the outer circumferential surface ( 2 a) of the rotor ( 2 ). The seal mechanism ( 20 A) includes a main body portion ( 21 A) having a cylindrical shape, and into which the rotor ( 2 ) is inserted; and a plurality of hole portions ( 22 ) formed on an inner circumferential surface of the main body portion ( 21 A) to face an outer circumferential surface of the rotor ( 2 ). The hole portions ( 22 ) are within a range in which a hole depth h is equal to or smaller than a hole diameter d.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A seal mechanism which is disposed on an outer circumferential side of a rotor extending along an axis to perform sealing between the seal mechanism and the outer circumferential surface of the rotor, the seal mechanism comprising:
a cylindrical main body portion into which the rotor is inserted; and a plurality of hole portions formed on an inner circumferential surface of the main body portion to face an outer circumferential surface of the rotor, wherein the hole portions are within a range in which a hole depth h is equal to or smaller than a hole diameter d, and wherein a fin portion protruding toward the rotor side and extending in a circumferential direction is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the main body portion.
2 . The seal mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the hole portions are formed such that a relationship between the hole depth h and the hole diameter d is 0.5d≦h≦d.
3 . The seal mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the hole portions have a circular cross-section or a hexagonal cross-section.
4 . The seal mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the hole diameters d and the hole depths h of the plurality of hole portions are unified to the same size.
5 . The seal mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein bottom surfaces of the hole portions have a conical shape or a flat bottom shape.

7 . A rotating machine comprising:
a rotor extending along an axis; a stator which is disposed on an outer circumferential side of the rotor and relatively rotates about the axis with respect to the rotor; and a hole pattern seal which is fixed to the stator to partition a space between the rotor and the stator into a high-pressure side and a low-pressure side, and has a hole row in which a plurality of hole portions facing the outer circumferential surface of the rotor are formed at an interval in a circumferential direction; a fin portion which is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the hole pattern seal, protrudes toward the rotor side and extends in the circumferential direction; and a protruding portion which protrudes from the outer circumferential surface of the rotor toward the hole portion, extends in the circumferential direction and faces the hole portion on the low-pressure side of the fin portion, wherein the hole portions are within a range in which a hole depth h is equal to or smaller than a hole diameter d.
