Wax warming container with integrated handle

Abstract

A container for warming wax, including a bottom portion configured to support the wax warming container on a surface, the bottom portion including at least one spacer and at least one air channel, a sidewall portion extending upwardly from the bottom portion, the sidewall portion including at least one spacer and at least one air channel, and an upper portion extending upwardly from the sidewall portion, the upper portion including at least one spacer, at least one air channel, a rim, and at least one handle.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A container for warming wax, the container comprising:
 a bottom portion configured to support the wax warming container on a surface, the bottom portion including at least one spacer and at least one air channel;   a sidewall portion extending upwardly from the bottom portion, the sidewall portion including at least one spacer and at least one air channel; and   an upper portion extending upwardly from the sidewall portion, the upper portion including at least one spacer, at least one air channel, a rim, and at least one handle.   
     
     
         2 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the container is configured to withstand hydrostatic pressure. 
     
     
         3 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one spacer of the bottom portion is configured in alignment with the at least one spacer of the sidewall portion. 
     
     
         4 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one spacer of the bottom portion and the at least one spacer of the sidewall portion are configured in alignment with the at least one spacer of the upper portion. 
     
     
         5 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one air channel of the bottom portion is configured in alignment with the at least one air channel of the sidewall portion. 
     
     
         6 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one air channel of the bottom portion and the at least one air channel of the sidewall portion is configured in alignment with the at least one air channel of the upper portion. 
     
     
         7 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one spacer of the bottom portion and the at least one spacer of the sidewall portion is configured in alignment with the at least one spacer of the upper portion; and
 wherein the at least one air channel of the bottom portion and the at least one air channel of the sidewall portion is configured in alignment with the at least one air channel of the upper portion.   
     
     
         8 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the container is configured such that in a stacked configuration, a portion of the bottom portion of the container contacts a sidewall portion of such another container. 
     
     
         9 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the rim is configured to receive a seal. 
     
     
         10 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the rim is configured to receive a cover. 
     
     
         11 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the rim is configured to receive a seal and a cover. 
     
     
         12 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the handle is planar relative to the rim. 
     
     
         13 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the handle extends upwardly from the rim. 
     
     
         14 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the handle extends downwardly from the rim. 
     
     
         15 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the handle encompasses the rim. 
     
     
         16 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the container comprises polypropylene (PP). 
     
     
         17 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the container comprises a composite. 
     
     
         18 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the container comprises biodegradable materials. 
     
     
         19 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the bottom portion includes at least one foot. 
     
     
         20 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the bottom portion includes at least one foot and at least one indicia portion.
