Abstract

A non-transitory computer readable medium containing computer executable instructions that when executed by a computer perform a method, the computer program including but not limited to instructions to determine a penetration effectivity data; instructions to measure on a video hub office server user-to-user connectivity between end users within the community of users in a communication system; instructions to determine on a video hub office server highly connected users as users who are most connected to others end users in the community; and instructions to determine on a video hub office server a zone of influence for each highly connected users instructions to send a portion of the advertising data for display in a picture in picture display window on the end user device based on the prioritizing of the advertising data during execution of the trick play command data.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A non-transitory computer readable medium containing computer executable instructions that when executed by a computer perform a method, the computer program comprising:
 instructions to determine on a video hub office server a penetration effectivity data for a first end user at a first end user device based on an effect upon purchasing in the advertising category by a second end user at the second end user device count of instances in which the first end user includes a reference to the advertising data in a data communication between the first end user and the plurality of end user devices.   
     
     
         2 . The computer readable medium of  claim 1 , wherein the instructions to determine a penetration effectivity data further comprise:
 instructions to measure on a video hub office server user-to-user connectivity between end users within the community of users in a communication system;   instructions to determine on a video hub office server highly connected users as users who are most connected to others end users in the community; and   instructions to determine on a video hub office server a zone of influence for each highly connected users.   
     
     
         3 . The computer readable medium of  claim 2 , wherein the instructions to determine a penetration effectivity data further comprise:
 instructions to characterize on a video hub office server each highly connected user zone of influence by type of affiliation between end users in the highly connected user zone of influence;   instructions to assign weights on a video hub office server to each highly connected user according to the highly connected user zone of influence characterization for the highly connected user, wherein the highly connected user zone of influence characterization comprises type of affiliation, frequency and duration of connections to zone of influence and beyond the zone of influence.   
     
     
         4 . The computer readable medium of  claim 3  wherein the instructions to determine a penetration effectivity data further comprise:
 instructions to determine on a video hub office server a device type for a highly connected user and end users in the community and zone of influence used to connect to each other for advertising data forwarding and advertising data discussion; and 
 instructions to send from the video hub office server advertising data to an uppermost top tier highly connected user in the community based on zone of influence characterization. 
 
     
     
         5 . The computer readable medium of  claim 4  wherein the instructions to determine a penetration effectivity data further comprise:
 instructions to measure on the video hub office server interactions including but not limited to advertising data forwarding and advertising data discussion in each highly connected user in the community of end users and between the highly connected user and the end users in the highly connected user zone of influence; and 
 instructions to determine on the video hub office server penetration of advertising data from each highly connected user and the community in which the highly connected users reside based on forwarding of advertising data and discussion of advertising data from the highly connected user to the community and to the end users in the zone of influence; and 
 instructions to determines penetration effectivity for the penetration data. 
 
     
     
         6 . The medium of  claim 5 , the computer program further comprising:
 instructions to prioritize, based on the penetration effectivity data advertising data sent to a plurality of end user devices; and   instructions to send a portion of the advertising data to the first end user device for display in a picture in picture display window on the first end user device based on the penetration effectivity data prioritizing of the advertising data during execution of a trick play command data on the first end user device.   
     
     
         7 . The medium of  claim 5 , wherein the advertising penetration effectivity data further comprises a count of advertising data in which the first end user includes a reference to the advertising data in a telephone call between the first end user device and another end user device is based on a quantity for present purchases in the advertising category minus a quantity of past purchases in the advertising category divided by a number of searches by the first end user in the advertising category. 
     
     
         8 . The medium of  claim 7 , the computer program further comprising:
 instructions to insert on an advertising insertion device an advertising data key for an advertising category into a video data stream to create a second video data stream; instruction to send from a server, the second video data stream to a first end user device; instruction to track on a deep packet inspection device forwarding of advertising data in an advertising category from the first end user device to a second end user device; instructions to receive on a server, an advertising data forwarded from a first end user on a first end user device to a plurality end user devices.   
     
     
         9 . A system comprising:
 a processor in data communication with a computer readable medium;   a computer program embedded in the computer readable medium comprising computer executable instructions for execution by the processor, the computer program comprising:   instructions to determine on a video hub office server a penetration effectivity data for a first end user at a first end user device based on an effect upon purchasing in the advertising category by a second end user at the second end user device count of instances in which the first end user includes a reference to the advertising data in a data communication between the first end user and the plurality of end user devices.   
     
     
         10 . The system of  claim 9 , wherein the instructions to determine a penetration effectivity data further comprise:
 instructions to measure on a video hub office server user-to-user connectivity between end users within the community of users in a communication system;   instructions to determine on a video hub office server highly connected users as users who are most connected to others end users in the community; and   instructions to determine on a video hub office server a zone of influence for each highly connected users;   instructions to characterize on a video hub office server each highly connected user zone of influence by type of affiliation between end users in the highly connected user zone of influence;   instructions to assign weights on a video hub office server to each highly connected user according to the highly connected user zone of influence characterization for the highly connected user, wherein the highly connected user zone of influence characterization comprises type of affiliation, frequency and duration of connections to zone of influence and beyond the zone of influence.   
     
     
         11 . The system of  claim 10  wherein the instructions to determine a penetration effectivity data further comprise:
 instructions to determine on a video hub office server a device type for a highly connected user and end users in the community and zone of influence used to connect to each other for advertising data forwarding and advertising data discussion; and 
 instructions to send from the video hub office server advertising data to an uppermost top tier highly connected user in the community based on zone of influence characterization; 
 instructions to measure on the video hub office server interactions including but not limited to advertising data forwarding and advertising data discussion in each highly connected user in the community of end users and between the highly connected user and the end users in the highly connected user zone of influence; and 
 instructions to determine on the video hub office server penetration of advertising data from each highly connected user and the community in which the highly connected users reside based on forwarding of advertising data and discussion of advertising data from the highly connected user to the community and to the end users in the zone of influence; and 
 instructions to determine penetration effectivity for the penetration data. 
 
     
     
         12 . The system of  claim 11 , the computer program further comprising:
 instructions to prioritize, based on the penetration effectivity data advertising data sent to a plurality of end user devices; and   instructions to send a portion of the advertising data to the first end user device for display in a picture in picture display window on the first end user device based on the penetration effectivity data prioritizing of the advertising data during execution of a trick play command data on the first end user device, wherein the advertising penetration effectivity data further comprises a count of advertising data in which the first end user includes a reference to the advertising data in a telephone call between the first end user device and another end user device is based on a quantity for present purchases in the advertising category minus a quantity of past purchases in the advertising category divided by a number of searches by the first end user in the advertising category.   
     
     
         13 . The system of  claim 12 , the computer program further comprising:
 instructions to insert on an advertising insertion device an advertising data key for an advertising category into a video data stream to create a second video data stream; instruction to send from a server, the second video data stream to a first end user device; instruction to track on a deep packet inspection device forwarding of advertising data in an advertising category from the first end user device to a second end user device; instructions to receive on a server, an advertising data forwarded from a first end user on a first end user device to a plurality end user devices.   
     
     
         14 . A method comprising:
 measuring on a video hub office server user-to-user connectivity between end users within the community of users in a communication system;   determining on a video hub office server highly connected users as users who are most connected to others end users in the community; and   determining on a video hub office server a zone of influence for each highly connected users.   
     
     
         15 . The method of  claim 14 , wherein the determining a penetration effectivity data further comprises:
 characterizing on a video hub office server each highly connected user zone of influence by type of affiliation between end users in the highly connected user zone of influence;   assigning weights on a video hub office server to each highly connected user according to the highly connected user zone of influence characterization for the highly connected user, wherein the highly connected user zone of influence characterization comprises type of affiliation, frequency and duration of connections to zone of influence and beyond the zone of influence.   
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 15  wherein the determining a penetration effectivity data further comprises:
 determining on a video hub office server a device type for a highly connected user and end users in the community and zone of influence used to connect to each other for advertising data forwarding and advertising data discussion; and sending from the video hub office server advertising data to an uppermost top tier highly connected user in the community based on zone of influence characterization. 
 
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 16  wherein the determining a penetration effectivity data further comprises:
 measuring on the video hub office server interactions including but not limited to advertising data forwarding and advertising data discussion in each highly connected user in the community of end users and between the highly connected user and the end users in the highly connected user zone of influence; 
 determining on the video hub office server penetration of advertising data from each highly connected user and the community in which the highly connected users reside based on forwarding of advertising data and discussion of advertising data from the highly connected user to the community and to the end users in the zone of influence; and determining penetration effectivity for the penetration data. 
 
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 17 , the method further comprising:
 prioritizing, based on the penetration effectivity data advertising data sent to a plurality of end user devices; and   sending a portion of the advertising data to the first end user device for display in a picture in picture display window on the first end user device based on the penetration effectivity data prioritizing of the advertising data during execution of a trick play command data on the first end user device.   
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 18 , wherein the advertising penetration effectivity data further comprises a count of advertising data in which the first end user includes a reference to the advertising data in a telephone call between the first end user device and another end user device is based on a quantity for present purchases in the advertising category minus a quantity of past purchases in the advertising category divided by a number of searches by the first end user in the advertising category. 
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 19 , the method further comprising:
 inserting on an advertising insertion device an advertising data key for an advertising category into a video data stream to create a second video data stream; instruction to send from a server, the second video data stream to a first end user device;   instruction to track on a deep packet inspection device forwarding of advertising data in an advertising category from the first end user device to a second end user device; and   receiving on a server, an advertising data forwarded from a first end user on a first end user device to a plurality end user devices.
