Abstract

The present application provides an uplink detection-based processing method, a network device, and a terminal. The method includes: acquiring first information; acquiring receive power information that is used by a first access device to receive a radio signal sent by a terminal; and performing processing according to the first information and the receive power information that is used by the first access device to receive the radio signal sent by the terminal. Embodiments of the present application can implement uplink detection-based processing.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method, comprising:
 acquiring, by a network device, first information based on signal transmission between a terminal and a first access device;   acquiring, by the network device, second receive power information that is used by a second access device to receive the radio signal sent by the terminal;   determining, by the network device, whether the second access device is available to serve the terminal according to the first information and the second receive power information,   in a situation that the second access device is available to serve the terminal, enable, by the network device, the second access device to serve the terminal.   
     
     
         2 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein the first information comprise:
 transmit power information that the terminal uses when sending a radio signal to the first access device, or   receive power information that is used by the first access device to receive a radio signal sent by the terminal and information about path loss from the first access device to the terminal, or   power information that is used by the first access device to receive a radio signal sent by the terminal, transmit power information of the first access device, and measurement information corresponding to the first access device obtained by the terminal.   
     
     
         3 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein the determining, by the network device, whether the second access device is available to serve the terminal according to the first information and the second receive power information comprises:
 determining, by the network device, path loss between the terminal and the second access device according to the first information and the second receive power information, and   determining, by the network device, according to the path loss between the terminal and the second access device, whether the second access device is available to the terminal.   
     
     
         4 . The method according to  claim 3 , wherein the determining according to the path loss between the terminal and the second access device, that the second access device is available to the terminal comprises:
 determining, by the network device, that the second access device is available to serve the terminal in a situation that the path loss between the terminal and the second access device is less than a predetermined threshold.   
     
     
         5 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein after enabling, by the network device, the second access device to serve the terminal, the method further comprises:
 starting a transmitter of the second access device.   
     
     
         6 . The method according to  claim 1 , wherein the network device is the second access device or the first access device. 
     
     
         7 . A method, comprising:
 sending, by a terminal, first information based on signal transmission between the terminal and the first access device to the first access device, and   sending, by the terminal, a radio signal to a second access device, wherein the second radio signal is used for the network device to acquire second receive power information that is used by the second device to receive the second radio signal, so that the network device determine whether to enable the second access device to serve the terminal according to the first information and the second receive power information.   
     
     
         8 . The method according to  claim 7 , wherein the first information comprise:
 transmit power information that the terminal uses when sending a radio signal to the first access device, or   receive power information that is used by the first access device to receive a radio signal sent by the terminal and information about path loss from the first access device to the terminal, or   power information that is used by the first access device to receive a radio signal sent by the terminal, transmit power information of the first access device, and measurement information corresponding to the first access device obtained by the terminal.   
     
     
         9 . The method according to  claim 7 , further comprising:
 sending, by the terminal, to the network device through the first access device, interference power information received by the terminal, wherein the interference power information is used for determining whether the second access device is available to serve the terminal within the first information and the second receive power information.   
     
     
         10 . The method according to  claim 7 , wherein sending, by the terminal, the radio signal to the second access device comprises:
 sending, by the terminal according to characteristic information configured by the first access device, the radio signal by using the configured characteristic information;   wherein the characteristic information comprises:   a cell identity;   a terminal identifier; or   a configuration message that is configured by the first access device for the terminal to send the radio signal.   
     
     
         11 . A device, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein
 the memory is configured to store processor-executable instructions;   the processor-executable instructions, when executed by the processor, causing the device to perform the following:   acquiring first information based on signal transmission between a terminal and a first access device;   acquiring second receive power information that is used by a second access device to receive the radio signal sent by the terminal;   determining whether the second access device is available to serve the terminal according to the first information and the second receive power information,   in a situation that the second access device is available to serve the terminal, enable the second access device to serve the terminal.   
     
     
         12 . The device according to  claim 11 , wherein the first information comprise:
 transmit power information that the terminal uses when sending a radio signal to the first access device, or   receive power information that is used by the first access device to receive a radio signal sent by the terminal and information about path loss from the first access device to the terminal, or   power information that is used by the first access device to receive a radio signal sent by the terminal, transmit power information of the first access device, and measurement information corresponding to the first access device obtained by the terminal.   
     
     
         13 . The device according to  claim 11 , wherein the determining whether the second access device is available to serve the terminal according to the first information and the second receive power information comprises:
 determining path loss between the terminal and the second access device according to the first information and the second receive power information, and   determining according to the path loss between the terminal and the second access device, whether the second access device is available to the terminal.   
     
     
         14 . The device according to  claim 13 , wherein the determining according to the path loss between the terminal and the second access device, that the second access device is available to the terminal comprises:
 determining that the second access device is available to serve the terminal in a situation that the path loss between the terminal and the second access device is less than a predetermined threshold.   
     
     
         15 . The device according to  claim 11 , wherein the memory further comprises instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the device to:
 start a transmitter of the second access device after enabling the second access device to serve the terminal.   
     
     
         16 . The device according to  claim 11 , wherein the device is the second access device or the first access device. 
     
     
         17 . A terminal, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein
 the memory is configured to store processor-executable instructions;   the processor-executable instructions, when executed by the processor, causing the terminal to perform the following:   send first information based on signal transmission between the terminal and the first access device to the first access device, and   send a radio signal to a second access device, wherein the second radio signal is used for the network device to acquire second receive power information that is used by the second device to receive the second radio signal, so that the network device determine whether to enable the second access device to serve the terminal according to the first information and the second receive power information.   
     
     
         18 . The terminal according to  claim 17 , wherein the first information comprises:
 transmit power information that the terminal uses when sending a radio signal to the first access device, or   receive power information that is used by the first access device to receive a radio signal sent by the terminal and information about path loss from the first access device to the terminal, or   power information that is used by the first access device to receive a radio signal sent by the terminal, transmit power information of the first access device, and measurement information corresponding to the first access device obtained by the terminal.   
     
     
         19 . The terminal according to  claim 17 , the memory further comprises instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the device to:
 sending, by the terminal, to the network device through the first access device, interference power information received by the terminal, wherein the interference power information is used for determining whether the second access device is available to serve the terminal within the first information and the second receive power information.   
     
     
         20 . The terminal according to  claim 17 , wherein sending, by a terminal, the radio signal to the second access device comprises:
 sending, by the terminal according to characteristic information configured by the first access device, the radio signal by using the configured characteristic information, wherein   the characteristic information comprises:   a cell identity;   a terminal identifier; or   a configuration message that is configured by the first access device for the terminal to send the radio signal.
