a dissecting device configured to be inserted into a living body along a blood vessel to dissect tissue surrounding the vessel from tissue surrounding the vessel in a direction along a longitudinal extent of the blood vessel; and a cutting device configured to be inserted into the living body along the longitudinal extent of the blood vessel to cut the tissue surrounding the blood vessel in the direction of longitudinal extent of the blood vessel
2 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 1 , wherein the dissecting device possesses a thickness and a flat-shaped cross-section, and is configured to be inserted into the living body so as to be aligned with the blood vessel in a direction of thickness of the dissecting device.
3 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 2 , wherein the dissecting device possesses a proximal end and a distal end, and the dissecting device comprises a blind hole that is open at the distal end of the dissecting device and closed at the distal end of the dissecting device.
4 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 1 , wherein the dissecting device possesses a distal end portion that terminates at a distal end, the distal end portion of the dissecting device tapering in a narrowing manner toward the distal end of the dissecting device.
5 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 1 , wherein the cutting device includes a cutting section configured to cut the tissue surrounding the blood vessel, and a treating section configured to cut and stanch a branch vessel branched from the blood vessel.
8 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 1 , wherein the dissecting device and the cutting device both include a connecting structure configured to connect the dissecting device and the cutting device to each other.
7 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 1 , wherein the dissecting device possesses a proximal end and a distal end, the dissecting device including first and second holes which both open at the proximal end of the dissecting device, the second hole also opening at the distal end of the dissecting device.
8 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 7 , further comprising:
a blood vessel treating device configured to be positioned in the second hole, the blood vessel treating device comprising a main body section that includes a groove section and a treating section, the groove section possessing a tapering section which narrows towards and leads to the treating section to guide a branch vessel branched from the blood vessel to the treating section, and the treating section being comprised of at least one electrode to cut and stanch the branch vessel.
9 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 1 , wherein the dissecting device includes a plurality of projections movably mounted in the dissecting device and configured to project outside the dissecting device when the dissecting device is positioned in the living body to maintain the dissecting device in a desired position relative to the blood vessel, and wherein plurality of projections are arranged in a spaced-apart relation along an axial direction of the dissecting device.
10 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 1 , wherein the dissecting device possess an exterior surface and includes an insertion hole that opens to the exterior surface, the insertion hole being configured to receive the cutting device and allow the cutting device to move along the insertion hole and be guided by the dissecting device.
11 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 1 , wherein the cutting device possesses a distal end portion at which is located a groove portion, the groove portion including a tapered section and a blood vessel treating groove section, the tapered section being located distal of the blood vessel treating groove section, the tapered section tapering in a narrowing manner toward the blood vessel treating groove section, and the blood vessel treating groove section being comprised of at least one electrode to cut and stanch the blood vessel.
12 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 1 , wherein the cutting device has a C-shaped cross-section.
13 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 12 , wherein the cutting device has a first protection section disposed at one end portion with respect to a circumferential direction, and a second protection section disposed at the other end portion with respect to the circumferential direction, and wherein the protection section has a ridge configured to connect with a rail of the dissecting device.
14 . A blood vessel dissecting device comprising:
a dissecting device configured to be inserted into a living body along a blood vessel to dissect tissue in a direction along a longitudinal extent of the blood vessel; and a cutting device configured to be inserted into the living body along the dissecting device to cut tissue surrounding the blood vessel in the direction of longitudinal extent of the blood vessel.
15 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 14 , wherein the dissecting device possesses a thickness and a flat-shaped cross-section, and is configured to be inserted into the living body so as to be aligned with the blood vessel in a direction of thickness of the dissecting device.
16 . The blood vessel dissecting device according to claim 15 , wherein the dissecting device possesses a proximal end and a distal end, and the dissecting device comprises a blind hole that is open at the distal end of the dissecting device and closed at the distal end of the dissecting device.
