Dirt removing device and dirt removing unit
Abstract
A dirt removing device including: a cassette mechanism having a head formed with a beating face, a liquid accommodating portion for accommodating liquid, and a water supplying passage which is started from the liquid accommodating portion and penetrates into the entire head; and a device body having a vibration unit. The cassette mechanism is detachably received in the vibration unit, and the vibration unit, when being powered, causes the cassette mechanism to vibrate in a direction substantially orthogonal with the beating face of the head. The liquid is supplied from the liquid accommodating portion to the beating face of the head through the water supplying passage, along with the vibration of the cassette mechanism caused by the vibration unit.
Claims

8 . The dirt removing device according to claim 1 , wherein the head is detachable from the cassette mechanism, and the liquid accommodating portion is composed of an accommodating portion body having a liquid accommodating space therein and a cover member for opening and closing the liquid accommodating space.
9 . The dirt removing device according to claim 1 , wherein the liquid accommodating portion is transparent or translucent.
10 . The dirt removing device according to claim 2 , wherein the liquid accommodating portion is transparent or translucent.
11 . The dirt removing device according to claim 1 , wherein the water supplying passage is started from the liquid accommodating portion, penetrates into the entire head and extends to the beating surface, and expands toward an open end opening to the beating surface.
12 . The dirt removing device according to claim 2 , wherein the water supplying passage is started from the liquid accommodating portion, penetrates into the entire head and extends to the beating surface, and expands toward an open end opening to the beating surface.
13 . The dirt removing device according to claim 1 , wherein the device body further comprises a non-flexible waterproof cover surrounding a side surface of the head;
the vibration unit has an elastic member capable of stretching and contracting in the direction substantially orthogonal with the beating surface, and the head is protruded by an elastic force of the elastic member; and an action end at a side of the head is arranged at a position slightly protruding from a protruding end of the waterproof cover.
14 . The dirt removing device according to claim 2 , wherein the device body further comprises a non-flexible waterproof cover surrounding a side surface of the head;
the vibration unit has an elastic member capable of stretching and contracting in the direction substantially orthogonal with the beating surface, and the head is protruded by an elastic force of the elastic member; and an action end at a side of the head is arranged at a position slightly protruding from a protruding end of the waterproof cover.
15 . A dirt removing unit, comprising:
a dirt removing device and a heating device comprising at least a heater that generates heat when being powered and a heating plate, wherein the heating plate is formed with a beaten surface on which an external force is exerted by the head constituting the dirt removing device, and transfers the heat generated by the heater, wherein the dirt removing device comprises:
a cassette mechanism having a head formed with a beating surface, a liquid accommodating portion for accommodating liquid, and a water supplying passage which is started from the liquid accommodating portion and penetrates into the entire head; and
a device body having a vibration unit, wherein the cassette mechanism is detachably received in the vibration unit, and the vibration unit, when being powered, causes the cassette mechanism to vibrate in a direction substantially orthogonal with the beating surface of the head,
wherein the liquid is supplied from the liquid accommodating portion to the beating surface of the head through the water supplying passage, along with the vibration of the cassette mechanism caused by the vibration unit.
16 . The dirt removing unit according to claim 15 , wherein the head is detachable from the cassette mechanism, and the liquid accommodating portion is composed of an accommodating portion body having a liquid accommodating space therein and a cover member for opening and closing the liquid accommodating space.
17 . The dirt removing unit according to claim 15 , wherein the liquid accommodating portion is transparent or translucent.
18 . The dirt removing unit according to claim 16 , wherein the liquid accommodating portion is transparent or translucent.
19 . The dirt removing unit according to claim 15 , wherein the water supplying passage is started from the liquid accommodating portion, penetrates into the entire head and extends to the beating surface, and expands toward an open end opening to the beating surface.
20 . The dirt removing unit according to claim 16 , wherein the water supplying passage is started from the liquid accommodating portion, penetrates into the entire head and extends to the beating surface, and expands toward an open end opening to the beating surface.
21 . The dirt removing unit according to claim 15 , wherein the device body further comprises a non-flexible waterproof cover surrounding a side surface of the head;
the vibration unit has an elastic member capable of stretching and contracting in the direction substantially orthogonal with the beating surface, and the head is protruded by an elastic force of the elastic member; and an action end at a side of the head is arranged at a position slightly protruding from a protruding end of the waterproof cover.
22 . The dirt removing unit according to claim 16 , wherein the device body further comprises a non-flexible waterproof cover surrounding a side surface of the head;
the vibration unit has an elastic member capable of stretching and contracting in the direction substantially orthogonal with the beating surface, and the head is protruded by an elastic force of the elastic member; and an action end at a side of the head is arranged at a position slightly protruding from a protruding end of the waterproof cover.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
