Abstract
Provided is a cyclic peptide derivative which is derived from Paecilomyces tenuipes having an astrocyte proliferative activity, or a salt thereof.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A cyclic peptide derivative represented by the following general formula (1),
(in the formula, m is 0 to 3, n≧1, R 1 to R 6 are a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, R 7 and R 8 are a carboxyl group or a salt thereof, or an alkoxycarbonyl group, R 9 is a hydrocarbon group, a hydroxyl group, an alkoxy group, or an alkylcarbonyloxy group, R 10 and R 11 are a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group, or an alkylcarbonyloxy group, and R 12 to R 16 are a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group).
2 . The cyclic peptide derivative according to claim 1 , wherein, in the general formula (1), R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , and R 4 are an alkyl group, n=2 to 4, R 5 and R 6 are a hydrogen atom, and R 7 are R 8 a carboxyl group.
3 . A method for preparing a cyclic peptide derivative in which the cyclic peptide derivative according to claim 1 is collected from Paecilomyces tenuipes.
4 . The method for preparing a cyclic peptide derivative according to claim 3 , wherein Paecilomyces tenuipes is artificially cultured Paecilomyces tenuipes by using pupae of silkworm as medium.
5 . The method for preparing a cyclic peptide derivative according to claim 3 , wherein the method comprises a hot water extraction step of Paecilomyces tenuipes powder.
6 . (canceled)
7 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising the cyclic peptide derivative according to claim 1 or a salt thereof as an effective component.
8 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 7 , wherein the composition has an astrocyte proliferative activity.
9 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 7 , wherein the composition increases an expression level of NGF gene and VGF gene.
10 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 7 , wherein the composition has an activity of improving a brain function.
11 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 7 , wherein the composition has an activity of improving hair texture.
