Abstract
The present invention relates to isolated polypeptides having dextranase activity, and polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides. The invention also relates to nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides as well as methods of producing and using the polypeptides.

16 . A composition comprising a polypeptide having dextranase activity and a stabilizer, wherein the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide has at least 92% sequence identity to the sequence of amino acids 17 to 594 of SEQ ID NO: 2.
17 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide has at least 95% sequence identity to the sequence of amino acids 17 to 594 of SEQ ID NO: 2.
18 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide has at least 97% sequence identity to the sequence of amino acids 17 to 594 of SEQ ID NO: 2.
19 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide has at least 98% sequence identity to the sequence of amino acids 17 to 594 of SEQ ID NO: 2.
20 . The composition of claim 16 , wherein the polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence of amino acids 17 to 594 of SEQ ID NO: 2.
