Abstract

The present invention relates to a repairable clip and a deck fixing structure using the same. The present invention is characterized by a method for facilitating a method of fastening a middle part again when replacing same within the scope of constructing a deck and, more specifically, by a simple and convenient method for separating a rotary member for repair, which is integrated into the clip, mounting the same to the clip, positioning a new deck material, and thereafter fixing the replaced deck material to a deck assembly by rotating the rotary member with a simple tool, such as an Allen wrench. The present invention for repairing a constructed deck material to its original form with the performance of a clip itself is an invention first attempted in the world.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A repairable clip, integrally comprising: a rotation part for repair.

2 . The repairable clip of claim 1 , wherein the repairable clip is applied to any one of selected from a deck, a wall, a ceiling, a structural material and a finishing material.

3 . The repairable clip of claim 1 , wherein the rotary portion for repair has any one of structure selected from a circle structure, an oval structure and a polygon structure.

4 . The repairable clip of claim 1 , wherein the rotary portion for repair comprises a device insertion groove having a rotation axis protrusion having a rotation axis function.

5 . The repairable clip of claim 1 , wherein one surface of the rotary portion for repair comprises a rotation axis fixing protrusion coupled to fixing grooves of a platform for repair or a curved shape protrusion at a back of the rotary portion for repair.

6 . The repairable clip of claim 1 , wherein a fixing portion is asymmetrical left and right based on a reversed T shape.

7 . The repairable clip of claim 1 , further comprising a drainage groove.

8 . The repairable clip of claim 1 , further comprising a deck fixing hardware.

         9 . A deck clip, comprising:
a sheet-shaped fixing portion having a bottom coming into surface contact with a support beam; a central support portion protruded from a center of a top of the fixing portion to form a reversed T shape with the fixing portion; a platform for repair formed at a center of a top of the central support portion; an insert portion formed on front and rear sides of the platform for repair, extended in a left and right direction and inserted into clip accommodation grooves of a deck; a clip main body configured to include a storage box of a rotary portion for repair formed in the fixing portion in the left or right direction of the central support portion; and the rotary portion for repair included in such a way as to be detached from the storage box of the rotary portion for repair, wherein when the deck is repaired, one end of the insert portion is removed, the rotary portion for repair is separated from the storage box of the rotary portion for repair and mounted on the platform for repair, the deck is disposed in the fixing portion, one end of the rotary portion for repair is inserted into the clip accommodation grooves of the deck by rotating the rotary portion for repair, thereby being capable of repairing the deck.
