Systems and methods of simulating user intuition of business relationships using biographical imagery
Abstract
The systems and methods of the present disclosure simulate the intuitive visualization of a host organization's experienced personnel by graphically portraying business relationships with external and internal business entities including clients, vendors, prospects, service resources, agents, and company personnel in universally recognizable caricatured scenes and images, including animations, based on transactional events that are passively accumulated from the accounting, phone, email, and management operations of a host system, delivering objectively-based graphical renditions of business relationships reflecting tenure, volume, frequency, demeanor, profitability, reliability, and many other relationship attributes thus enabling new, learning disabled, or unfamiliar personnel who possess varying degrees of first-person experience with the subject entities to respond instinctively and accurately to the current occurrence with the subject business entity while preserving invaluable relationship intuition that is otherwise lost when veteran personnel are absent or removed from their position or that takes new personnel weeks, months, or years to acquire.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method of simulating a host company personnel's intuitive perception of their business relationships with the host company's external and internal business entities through computer generated visualization of event-based caricatured images, thereby providing users, including those with learning disabilities, whether familiar or unfamiliar with the business entities, with the capacity to respond instinctively and accurately to a current engagement with the business entities, the method comprising:
capturing and aggregating event data on a real time basis as it occurs through the host company's phone, accounting, and email systems, the event data collectively reflecting interactions of the business relationship between the host company and its constituent entities with whom the company maintains relationships; identifying a subject business entity based on an identification code of a host system or based on secondary phone, email, or name references to the host system's identification code; generating new entities on an imagery system for unidentified business entities and securing the host system's identification codes for the new entities on the imagery system; directing business entity calls to personnel, within the host company, who have most frequent contact with the identified subject business entity; interpreting data messages received from a plurality of data sources based on a plurality of events to determine a plurality of attributes; generating a plurality of transaction records based on the plurality of attributes; preprocessing, consolidating, and retention-date purging of the plurality of transaction records based on user-defined attribute settings; and upon receiving a passively-generated inquiry message from the host system:
assembling a cumulative activity of a plurality of attribute values corresponding to a plurality of transaction records regarding the subject business entity;
dynamically analyzing and prioritizing the plurality of attribute values of the subject business entity based on the plurality of transaction records to which ageing and weighting formulas have been applied as specified by a host administrator consistent with company policies and guidelines;
composing multi-tiered, caricatured scenes, on a real-time basis, using a plurality of value-scaled images contained in a plurality of image library arrays that correspond to a plurality of attributes and that represent each attribute's value range of visual representation, wherein each of the plurality of value-scaled images corresponds to each attribute value of the subject business entity's cumulative data, wherein most dominant attributes are subsequently prioritized for placement of their corresponding value-scaled images within a composite scene;
displaying the composite scene on a user's dedicated display screen, thereby enabling any user, whether familiar or unfamiliar with the subject business entity, to respond instinctively and accurately to the current engagement with the subject business entity;
enabling the user to post a resulting disposition regarding a current inquiry or to record an exception regarding the current inquiry's conclusions and/or demeanor related to the subject business entity; and
recording that disposition or exception as a new transaction to the subject business entity's cumulative attribute data base.Cited by (0)
